Thomas was great! Great & quick service when we were sitting at the bar. Extremely hospitable - even took us to the rooftop bar! What a memorable experience before our concert. We’ll be back!

I had a very good experience at the Glenn hotel all staff were super sweet and welcoming!! The employees for valley were very sweet and personable I will be coming to this hotel more often!

My family stayed at this location. The hotel rooms and decor was well worth the money. It was pretty quiet. The staff was pretty nice. The valet was very quick. Donovan was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely return.

Glenn Hotel: Atlanta
Nice cozy atmosphere. Hotel was near the Coca Cola Fan Zone, and both State Farm Arena/ Mercedes Benz stadium.
Was able to attend Atlanta Dream game, as well as both Spain National team games.
Staff was exceptional, starting with you valet experience. Miquel, Craig, and Donovan took great care of our group. Their local recommendations were on point. They all seem to be in high spirits during multiple interactions.
Definitely a hotel I'll recommend to friends and family!

Craig and Dane were amazing. Very respectful. Everything was “Yes Sir” when they spoke to me. They even remembered my face and got my truck ready and waiting for me bout time I got to the stand

Craig and Dane took exceptional care of me. They make my load in and my load outs an extreme pleasure. Anytime I visit Sky lounge they make the process a delight.

Miguel was so helpful! When it came to assisting me with my cases needed to be carried or whatever else I needed.

Craig is always wonderful! I hand been there several times and he is always a true gentleman!!

The Glenn is a great hotel in a great location. We were in town for the World Cup and business meetings. From the moment we drove up to the Valet, our experience was first class.

Craig at the valet was polite and helpful and then checking in with Sebastian and Conor they greeted us with a welcome cocktail and great energy. Pierce then delivered our bags seamlessly.

Later we met Thomas, the bartender and he made us feel right at home in the lounge with our girls. He later then escorted us up to the rooftop so we could take in the beautiful nighttime view of the stadium and skyline.

The Glenn has that boutique feel but the staff truly personalizes it!

Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and Ashley gave us great service!

We’ll be back again to enjoy the great location, ambiance and most of all hospitality!

We arrived at the Glenn Hotel after midnight following a flight delay and an exhausting day, only to be told that our room had been given away. No call, no email, no text, nothing.

There was no proactive communication at any point in the day to warn us this might happen. We then had to scramble for an alternate room in Atlanta DURING THE WORLD CUP at premium, walk-up pricing, on top of an already long and draining travel day.

If you book here, be aware that a confirmed reservation doesn’t appear to guarantee you’ll actually have a room when you arrive. Would not stay here again.

We had a great time here! We traveled to atlanta for the spain vs saudi arabia world cup game and loved it. Great rooms and a great bar/restaurant with great service specially from Thomas!

Service was excellent and food was tasty. Miguel at valet was welcoming and extremely friendly. I come here often because of the great service and it starts at parking. Feels like a family.

The gentleman who ran the valet parking at The Glen Hotel were EXCELLENT. Miguel, Craig, and Donavon provided EXCELLENT service and knowledge of how to get to my destination. I will park there my next trip to downtown Atlanta.
