Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection

Let me tell you, best stay I have ever had in Atlanta. Utari and Iris were so welcoming. The rooms were elegant, clean and beautiful views of downtown. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar. The Jackson’s will be making The Glenn our home away from home.

My friend and I came to the Glenn for a much-needed vacation. Everyone was so kind and helpful, particularly Jay in the restaurant who kept bringing my martinis exactly how I like them. Iris and John at the front desk were also very helpful with a billing problem, which they helped us resolved promptly. The entire valet team, particularly Carlos, were very professional and helpful as well. The room itself was spacious and unique, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. This was my second stay there and I cant wait to return.

Was great to come back to such a welcoming place after a long day of travel.

I was not impressed. This hotel is in a fine location if you need easy access to downtown, but it is showing its wear. From check-in/registration, one has to go up a short flightbof stairs to reach the elevators, which is not common in the U.S. My colleague had a large suitcase with her and no one offered to help her up the stairs as she struggled with it. The rooms are small, the view from the 3rd floor sucked (parking garage), the room had a customized gift bag in it FOR SOMEONE ELSE, and I learned my room was near the gym when I was awakened to the sound of bros dropping weights. I'm shocked this property is rated as highly as it is. There are better Atlanta hotels.

Great staff and location. Miguel is an amazing valet. He remembers me when I arrive. He also found my glasses and ensured they were returned to me

It was a beautiful experience with my family, we felt at home. A beautiful place, incredible attention, everyone was very friendly, respectful, I would definitely stay again.

Miguel was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Look for Miguel in valet he will get you everything you need.

The ambiance of this hotel is fantastic and Iris, the woman working the front desk, made me feel so welcome and like we were old friends from the moment I walked in the front door. She is truly the prime example of what a brand representative should be and made me so happy to be a Marriott loyalist.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Rooftop bar, downstairs bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, and amazing location. You will have everything you need by staying here.

Beautiful property, well appointed rooms and welcoming front desk. The highlight however was the valet team, Miguel and Craig. Friendly greeting, helpful with advice on getting to the MBStadium, offered handwarmers and water!!, quick car retrieval and Miguel makes it a point to remember customer's names. Outstanding service. Restaurant and bar are also very nice, especially the varied and tasty dinner menu.
