Breakfast was delicious, staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is generally very comfortable

The ambiance of this hotel is fantastic and Iris, the woman working the front desk, made me feel so welcome and like we were old friends from the moment I walked in the front door. She is truly the prime example of what a brand representative should be and made me so happy to be a Marriott loyalist.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Rooftop bar, downstairs bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, and amazing location. You will have everything you need by staying here.

Beautiful property, well appointed rooms and welcoming front desk. The highlight however was the valet team, Miguel and Craig. Friendly greeting, helpful with advice on getting to the MBStadium, offered handwarmers and water!!, quick car retrieval and Miguel makes it a point to remember customer's names. Outstanding service. Restaurant and bar are also very nice, especially the varied and tasty dinner menu.

Unique

Was disappointed that the Sky Lounge was closed for a special event. One of the reasons we stayed here was to see sunset in the Sky Lounge. Also, as a Platinum Marriott customer we received a coupon for a free breakfast but the breakfast wasn’t free. The coupon was good for $30 which was not enough to cover 2 breakfast entrees. We assumed breakfast was free. Pretty cheap of hotel if you ask me.

Hotel was very awesome!!!!! The valet was most definitely the highlight of our stay!!!! Thank you for having us can’t wait to come back

Tomas is the best bartender in town. This is my second time at the Glenn Hotel because the hospitality is the best here and I can't wait to be back again!

Maybe my expectations were high, as the hotel is ranked quite highly among Atlanta hotels. We are checking out and leaving overall not impressed, especially considering that this property is part of the Autograph Collection and that I hold the highest elite status in the Marriott Bonvoy program.

This was a Christmas Day stay, and I called twice in advance to confirm whether the restaurant would be open and what food options would be available. Unfortunately, the information provided was vague and did not meet my expectations. Given that the hotel was almost empty, I would have expected clearer answers, ideally from a duty manager.

The room itself was nice and clean, and the mattress was comfortable. Another discrepancy—while not a major issue—was related to the breakfast voucher. It was described as covering a continental breakfast, but the restaurant interpreted it only as a fixed dollar amount per person.

Personally, I do not appreciate when a service fee or automatic gratuity is added to the check without clear communication. On a positive note, the service was very good, and the food was tasty.
