The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.

Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

An extreme disappointment when we booked to enjoy the spa and relax.

The spa and massages are absolutely terrible. We were advised to take the 15:00 spa slot, which is the first one. The steam room and sauna were not turned on prior to this time, and in the entire 1.5 hours we were there they did not reach any sort of suitable temperature. Following this we both had massages booked at 16:30. At this time we were told we would have to have one massage after the other. I booked the ‘personal’ massage, however, it was not tailored to me in any way and it lasted for less than the 30 allocated minutes. We then dined at the restaurant in the evening, which was our worst meal in sicily by quite some distance. Our food was cold and not restaurant quality, the vegetables had clearly come out of a frozen packet and been microwaved rather than cooked properly. We denied the food and had to drive into town to find some food.

Hôtel qui claque mais il ne faut pas gratter.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque, la chambre propre et fonctionnelle, la vue et les équipements de l’hôtel (salle de sport, spa). La proximité de l’Etna face sud.

Cons:

Le parking ne permettant pas de remonter facilement les valises dans les chambres, petit et étroit. Le lit de la troisième personne est un canapé et pas un vrai lit. Enfin le personnel ne permet pas de se sentir accueilli et aidé. C’est un gros moins.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The gym has everything you need.
We had a modern room in the main House with a nice and also clean bathroom.

Cons:

For the quality of the food It was by far to expensive. We only had dinner at our first evening...and this was our last..
The wellness area is not that big. ...but ok...

Séjour mitigé !

Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux de même que le SPA.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple qui s'est avérée être une chambre double avec un canapé lit qui n'était même pas prêt à l'arrivée. Le lit supplémentaire était très inconfortable. Il n'était pas droit et le "matelas très très fin". Une pièce de la douche est tombée sur l'une de nous. Il manquait les serviettes pour tout le monde .. bref le spa et le petit déjeuner super mais la chambre et les équipements laisse à désirer surtout pour un 4 étoiles.

Una piacevole pausa turistica ai piedi dell’Etna.

Si trova in un contesto ambientale molto piacevole ed è ben dotata di spazi verdi aperti e strutture per lo svago.

Cons:

Ho trovato la struttura wellness un po’ disorganizzata e non c’è la giusta pulizia che agevola una piacevole fruizione degli ambienti come la piscina coperta, la sauna e l’idromassaggio che sono per la struttura un bel valore aggiunto.
