The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.

Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

The worst hotel in Zaffarena /might have a nice view but internally staff and facility awful

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Staff attitude, room allocation and stayed in room 1442 for 7 days which by all accounts is not the only standard room . I could have stayed away from all this noise , room fridge broken though was alerted to the staff , was never fixed , towels and floors dirty , no attempt to clean .
After initial complaint the staff didn't want to know . Never a carpark space , spa dirty , could not enjoy view as bar was closed , This should be a 3 star hotel .
