The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.

Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

Pros:

Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, ampi spazi all’esterno, le camere sono molto accoglienti e pulite. Inoltre, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La presenza della zona spa rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo!

Ich dachte es lohnt sich nicht, aber am Ende durften wir doch in den Pool

Schönes modernes Zimmer

Cons:

Der Poolzugang ist für Kinder beschränkt und für Kleinkinder bis zwei Jahre sogar verboten. Beschränkt heißt in diesem Fall, dass nur zwischen 19 und 20:00 Uhr gebadet werden darf einer sehr unpassenden Zeit für Kinder, da sie zu dieser Zeit meist Abendessen. Wäre alles kein Problem wenn man vor der Buchung gewusst hätte, dass diese Regeln bestehen, ein stornieren war nicht möglich aber das Personal war so nett, auch ein unter zweijährigen für ein paar Minuten das schwimmen zu erlauben. Deshalb trotzdem eine gute Bewertung

Pros:

L'hôtel est propre, bien équipé. le spa est agréable. Le personnel est très aimable. la qualité du restaurant est variable. La localisation est compliqué sans voiture. aucun arrêt de bus à proximité, aucune activité et sentier de randonnée à proximité à pied. Il faut une véhicule pour visiter l'etna, il y a aucun transport sinon.

La struttura è meravigliosa con una vista mozzafiato. Ringrazio Ilenia e il ragazzo alla reception per la loro cortesia e gentilezza, sono stati molto dolci e disponibili per le mie richieste durante il soggiorno. Ho prenotato durante il mio soggiorno la cena al ristorante dell’airone, che devo dire sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa per la bontà dei piatti. La colazione non è stata da meno, squisita.

Cons:

Purtroppo, al mio arrivo in camera (la dependance), ho trovato dei capelli sia nel bidè, che nella doccia che all’interno dell’asciugamano per il corpo.
Con mio marito abbiamo usufruito della spa ma siamo stati 20 minuti poiché era sporca, affollatissima e di conseguenza poco gradevole dal punto di vista di pulizia che di relax.
