The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.

Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

Great hotel, but under going renovations 😔
Pros:

Everything was great and was pleased that you could drive up to the mountain and the spa was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing renovations and builders are working from 8am till 4.30pm, very very noisy. I did mention to the staff on checkout and they gave me a discount.

Cons:

Le restaurant est beau mais la cuisine est très moyenne malgré la présentation et le personnel stylé. Mais les prix sont très convenables
Tout est tellement classe que cela déçoit un peu

Staff veramente squisito e albergo bello nel complesso. La zona colazione è veramente bella e il buffet ha una buona scelta.
I letti sono molto comodi!

Cons:

In un 4 stelle non puoi far pagare il noleggio del telo\accappatoio, a mio avviso andrebbe fornito in camera. La SPA è carina, anche se con un paio di accortezze come una tisana disponibile gratuitamente sarebbe perfetto!
Se cambiate nuovamente i pavimenti della SPA fateli con un materiale più adatto al bagnato, si scivola molto!

a reggeli jó volt, a wellness részleg is megfelelő, bár idősávokban lehetett csak használni

Cons:

szakadt bútorok, dohos levegő, hangyák és bogár, nehezen megközelíthető, csak autóval lehet, messze van a várostól, a kültéri medencét nem lehetett használni, pedig már nyitva volt

La vue était exceptionnelle, et l’hôtel, avec son apparence d’un autre temps, possède beaucoup de charme.
La jeune femme à l’accueil était sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner copieux.
À seulement 45 minutes de l’Etna côté nord.

Die Lage ist super, der Ausblick phantastisch, das Frühstück und das Essen allgemein ist richtig gut. Tolle Anlage mit Swimmingpool außen und innen und Sauna und Spa, alles empfehlenswert! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch, bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

très agréable séjour dans un hôtel qui mérite ces étoiles.
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec une belle vue sur la baie.
Bien équipé en SPA et piscine intérieur et extérieur.
Chambre familiale confortable configurer de manière à garder de l'intimité pour les parents.
