The Wellness Center is open from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 15:00 until 20:10.
Children aged 5 to 14 will only be able to access the panoramic swimming pool area accompanied by their parents and exclusively from 19:00 to 20:10 - under 5 years of age it will not be possible to access the SPA services.

Staff, outdated room, smell
Magnifique hôtel au pied de l’Etna. Chambres spacieuses et modernes toutes équipées. Personnel très avenant. Petit déjeuner magnifique. Le Spa est vraiment superbe avec une piscine intérieure chauffée, des jacuzzis, un sauna, des hammams et douches sensorielles. 70 minutes sont offertes tous les jours.

The hotel is in a fabulous location with a magnificent view. We had a fantastic suite which was very comfortable and a massive terrace. The staff were amazing and really helped to make our stay and the breakfast had a large and lovely selection of food and drink to choose from. I must mention Annalisa who really went out of her way to help make our stay wonderful. Thank you!
As it wasn't the summer season the outside pool wasn't ready for use but there was an indoor one but we just didn't get time to try it, so not the hotels fault!

Elencare cosa mi sia piaciuto sarebbe difficile considerando che ogni dettaglio è stato curato con massima scrupolosità per donare all’intera struttura eleganza e modernità!
L’unica cosa che migliorerei è la gestione della SPA, le ragazze molto professionali, cortesi e preparate ma bisognerebbe che intimassero gli ospiti al rispetto del silenzio. Durante il mio utilizzo vi era la presenza di un gruppo che non ha smesso di parlare un attimo e sopratutto ad alta voce, disturbando il relax degli altri avventori.
La struttura è molto grande e dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno. La spa è ampia e ben attrezzata, con piscina, sauna, bagno turco, jacuzzi e area idromassaggio, sicuramente il punto forte dell’hotel.
Il personale mi è sembrato poco organizzato e questo ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva. Inoltre, le camere non sono insonorizzate come indicato nella descrizione: si sentiva chiaramente tutto ciò che accadeva nel corridoio e nelle stanze vicine, rendendo difficile rilassarsi.
Perfekt. Gute Qualität gutes Frühstück und man konnte auch das Abendessen dazu buchen bzw kurzfristig Essen. Essen a l'a carte war sehr gut. Auch hier das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wellnessbereich auch okay.

Le seul point négatif l'hygiène pour le spa les gens rentre avec leur chaussures et se balade a l'intérieur.
The location is perfect to Explore south Etna and surroundings, the views to the ocean side is beautiful. The structure is decent.
The room size is not enough for a family of 3, you have to get prepared to go to the spa (you need to bring/buy/rent everything you need) the usage time of spa is too tight

Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale. Stanze ordinate, pulite e dotate di tutto quello che può servire per la permanenza. Colazione inclusa ottima, ideale sia per chi ama inziare la giornata con il dolce e sia per chi ama inziarla con il salato!
Non tutti rispettano la regola di indossare la cuffia all'interno delle piscine presenti nella loro SPA. Siamo andati di venerdì e nonostante l'invito a mantenere dei toni pacati al fine di garantire un'esperienza rilassante per tutti, sembrava di essere all'interno di una piscina comunale. Mi rendo comunque conto, che con l'affluenza del fine settimana, non è facile gestire il tutto.
