En general el alojamiento es maravilloso. Desconectas del calor de Sicilia y del bullicio. Además está muy cerca del Etn

La piscina, el desayuno y el spa maravilloso. Nos dieron una habitación con un pequeño jardín. Estuvimos muy cómodos

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos dijeron que lo mirarían y al día siguiente nos dieron un ventilador. Nos conformamos porque estábamos bien, pero es algo que deberían tener en cuenta. El menú de la carta para cenar era siempre el mismo y había muy poca variedad.

Le personnel est agréable, disponible et facilitant, ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour plus plaisant

Cons:

Notre chambre se trouvait dans un bâtiment annexe. Elle était malheureusement mal insonorisée et, surtout, dépourvue de connexion Wi-Fi, ce qui est assez regrettable. La literie était également trop molle à notre goût et la salle de bain dégageait une odeur d’humidité et la douche alternant le chaud et froid.

Todo muy limpio , desayunado espectacular , atención estupenda , spa perfecto , detalle de picnic para excursiones fabuloso

Cons:

A nosotros no nos implica pero para gente con movilidad reducida , gente mayor , muchas escaleras
El parking al menos yo entendí que tendría plaza no hemos sido capaces de coger plaza no hay para todos , todos los días hemos tenido que aparcar en el arcén de la al carretera, tema lengua el español muy pocos lo hablan .

Pros:

hotel con ampio spazio esterno, spa molto ampia e bella, ottima colazione

Cons:

poco professionale non aver comunicato in anticipo il guasto all'aria condizionata nelle giornate più calde dell'anno, preesistente da giorni, senza una data di risoluzione e senza la possibilità di cambiare camera. Positivo l'offerta degli aperitivi quale ristoro del disagio.

Ritenevo che l’impiegato mi avrebbe consegnato la lista dettagliata delle spese sostenute. Tuttavia non ho ricevuto alcun documento relativo al pranzo, alle consumazioni al bar o alle altre spese varie. Ho comunque provveduto al pagamento, ma la mancanza di un riepilogo dettagliato non garantisce la necessaria trasparenza del servizio.
