Sehr schlecht, absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
Pros:

Lage war gut für den Besuch auf dem Etna. Aber rundherum nichts los auch im nächsten Ort war nichts los keine Restaurants oder Bars geöffnet.

Rundherum nichts los kaum Restaurants oder Bars. Zusätzliche Kosten für die Nutzung des Hotel Spa. Keine Bademäntel oder Schlappen. Schimmel im Bad und abgeplatzte Fliesen. Plastikbecher beim Frühstück für Getränke, zu Zeiten von Klimaschutz absolutes NoGo. Preis/Leistung absolut nicht ausreichend. Zimmer sehr hellhörig konnten die Nachbarn schnarchen hören und auch der Wecker von Ihnen hat uns mit aufgeweckt. Tropfgeräusche im Zimmer auch angesprochen beim Personal aber die interessieren sich null für Kritik. Wurde nichts dokumentiert oder weitergegeben. Kurz gesagt sehr schlecht und absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Pros:

The spa was very nice , the view is amazing and the breakfast is very nice too.
It s also close from the etna.

Cons:

It could be cleaner (a lot of hair in the sauna ....)
No decoration incid the room or the hotel, seems a little bit unpersonal (it s not a 4 stars hotel with french recommandation )
And the restaurant : it was ok, not amazing and cold

Other than 1 person unfriendly bordering rude staff, room was old and uncomfortable - one very flat pillow per person, dirty balcony with cigarette butts left out on the floor, at breakfast eggs and honey ran out and rudely told no more available although were replaced 10 minutes later, spa-not only did you have to pay extra for a towel but also a swim cap! I live in London and haven’t had to wear a swim hat since 1980. We couldn’t wait to leave and cut our trip short by one day (no refund) and checked into a hotel in Catania and have had a wonderful 24 hours thank goodness.

Pros:

Mooi hotel gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de Etna (25 min met de auto). Goede faciliteiten. Kamers zijn klein maar schoon en keurig. Oud gebouw dus de kamers zijn wel wat gehorig.

Schönes Hotel nah zum Ätna. Nicht geeignet für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität

Eigener abgeschlossener Parkplatz, schöner Garten mit Pool, schöne Aussicht von der Gartenterrasse

Cons:

Großes Frühstücksbuffet mit wenig frischem Angebot, Handtücher vom Pool nur gegen Aufpreis, Freundlichkeit des Personal durchwachsen, teures Dreibettzimmer gebucht und günstigeres Zweibettzimmer erhalten - trotz Reklamation kein Ausgleich erhalten
