Awesome staff and amazing views.
Pros:

The view is amazing and always a treat when we visit Mossel Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It would be nice if the DSTV worked, but I believe this is an added feature.

We do not recommend this hotel and will not return.

The spectacular view from our room.

Cons:

The terrible sting smell from the drain in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. The linen was dirty upon arrival. The lifts was dirty during our entire stay. The internet was too slow to use. Some of the days we did not get the coffee and tea refreshments filled. The decor and the service is not 4 Star rating quality.

Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer
Frühstück war gut
Servicepersonal im Lokal war sehr bemüht

Cons:

Balkon war sehr rutschig, man könnte nicht rausgehen und es gab keinen Hinweis dazu.
Zimmer hatte immer einen feuchten Belag am Boden und somit rutschig.
Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert, zu kleine Portionen sowie lange Wartezeit
Trotz Beschwerden interessiertes es anscheinend keinen auch dem Management nicht und es wäre noch viel Luft nach oben.

Aus dieser fantastischen Lage direkt am Meer müsste man auf jeden Fall mehr machen !
Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer, cooler Gezeitenpool, große Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Seeblick, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, Zipline um die Ecke!

Cons:

Über allem liegt ein feiner Seewasserfilm durch die direkte Lage am Meer, dadurch hohe Rutschgefahr ! Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Restaurant , es waren keine anderen Gäste da, wir warteten über 1 Stunde auf die ersten 2 Essen , die andern beiden Essen kamen erst nach weiteren 15 Minuten , Portionen waren sehr klein … unsere Beschwerde darüber interessierte niemanden wirklich.. sehr schade..

Staff was friendly and very helpful, they are really doing the best with what they have. Location is great!

Cons:

Especially the interior of the building has not been properly maintained. Lots of cracked tiles, voyer toilets doesn't look good, all maintenance looks unprofessionally done.

The message was good but the spa itself lacks refinement.

Nothing in the building gives of a premium or 4 star vibe. The owners should decide if they want a sea shack or a nice hotel. The location is wasted by the current state of the place.
