No breakfast no Internet did not meet my expectations

I stayed in this location for about a year and a half about 3 years ago. I told the manager when I first checked in that I would be using my own sheets and my own bedding. The very first time housekeeping came in, they changed out my $200 sheets for their cheap ones that they use at the hotel. When I informed the manager of this, they told me that because they were the same color, they had no way of differentiating my 1500 thread count sheets from the crappy ones that they provided. Nor did they offer me any compensation. I let it go. Over the course of the following year, I had to deal with the fire alarm going off at 2:30 in the morning, three times every week without fail. It was always the same person setting it off, and they never did anything about it. Then one morning I woke up to my kitchen. Completely flooded with rancid smelling brown water. I informed the front desk and they sent housekeeping out to clean it up. The very next day it was backed up again, I cleaned it up myself this time and as soon as the office opened, I informed them about it backing up again. They told me that they did not have an on-site maintenance person, but would take care of it as soon as they could get an outside maintenance person to look at it. I was understanding about that. The next day it was fine, there was no back up at all. Day number four I went to work at 4:30 in the morning, the kitchen was fine. I come back at 2 o’clock to pay my bill and they are telling me that they are kicking me out because the sink backed up again and I didn’t tell them. I was not even there at the time. When I explained the situation, that I was not even there to report it, they told me that the supervisor had made the decision and they couldn’t do anything. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, they told me that she refused to talk to me under any circumstances. I got kicked out because they refused to do their jobs. I sent an email to corporate, I never heard anything back. And in response to my original review, all I got was a BS response Along the lines of “we’re sorry And we hope you give us another chance in the future.” Which suffice to say is never going to happen, and so long as the supervisor Nadia is in charge, I would highly suggest nobody book a room here.
There is nothing I liked about this property very poor maintenance, very dirty and roaches everywhere
I had to transfer to three different rooms because two of the rooms were dirty and not cleaned and one of those rooms. The lock was broken. The third room had no TV channels nothing but TV channel very dirty property people hanging out all night police come and go I would not suggest this property to anyone not even my dog
