צוות המלון אדיב, מקצועי וקשוב מאוד.
החדרים נוחים ויוקרתיים, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומגוונת, והספא ברמה גבוהה.
חדר הסקי מאובזר היטב ויש גם אפשרות ל-Ski In / Ski Out.

ארוחות הערב במסגרת חצי פנסיון הן חוויה קולינרית של ממש – תפריט 5 מנות ברמה גבוהה, עם גיוון והפתעות בכל ערב.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, tolle Zimmer mit Blick aufs Matterhorn und sehr schöner SPA Bereich. Pickup Service vom Bhf und zurück waren top! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Eher ein generelles Zermattproblem. Bei wenig Schnee kann der Zugang zur Piste und vor allem zurück manchmal schwierig werden und ist mit Lauferei verbunden.
