Pros:

Staff was very friendly, room was beautiful and cozy, breakfast was good. Upon arrival to the room the TV said Welcome Mikaela. I recieved messages upon check in and check out to welcome me and say goodbye and ask how my stay was or if i needed anything. It was a great stay.

Très bonne nuit, avec un dépanneur pour les fringales et un déjeuner sur la coche!
Pros:

Le lit était très confortable. c'était plus propre que je pensais. Le déjeuner était parfait et il y avait beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

La finition de la peinture est affreuse. le silicone dans la douche également. Cela fait en sorte que le coup d'oeil est moins ravissant.

Toilet blocked, flushing not properly. Lot of times I see toilet are blocked at Hilton, it was a bad experience

Great price for an okay room.
Pros:

The room was not bad. The king size bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The walls were very thin. We could hear people in the hallway all night. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The tub had a lot of dirt spots so we didn’t use it. The bathroom fan/vent was so loud anytime you put the light on it comes on.

Very satisfying.
Pros:

We were very satisfied with overall the cleanliness of the room, breakfast was excellent . It was easy access off of Highway 401.

Endroit très confortable pour une bonne nuit 😴.
Pros:

Très très propre, lit très confortable, couette très douillette et nous avons très bien car c’était très calme. Petit déjeuner compris. Je le recommande fortement.

Pros:

Great location, very clean and nice room, quiet hotel, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Staff never helped when I was struggling to get the luggage trolley through the door on my way to the room. They sat at the desk and watched even though they weren't any other customers. This happened 3 times with 4 different staff members. All they needed to do was hold the door for me.
