Comodo per Eurotunnel. Verificare l'operatività del cancello del parcheggio

Siamo stati in questo hotel per la seconda volta in occasione del nostro viaggio di ritorno. La posizione rimane sicuramente uno degli aspetti migliori dell’hotel: è comoda per il centro e soprattutto per raggiungere l’Eurotunnel. E' comunque di fronte alla stazione

Cons:

Purtroppo, anche questa volta, l’impressione generale è quella di una struttura molto vecchia e bisognosa di essere rinnovata. Quando un ambiente è così datato, arriva quasi un punto in cui diventa difficile distinguere ciò che è semplicemente vecchio da ciò che è sporco.
Il problema del parcheggio, invece, si è ripresentato: il cancello era ancora rotto. A questo punto mi chiedo se funzioni realmente o se sia semplicemente un servizio dichiarato ma di fatto non garantito.
Anche la hall, che abbiamo utilizzato per consumare qualcosa, è in condizioni davvero vetuste. L’ambiente appare trascurato e avrebbe bisogno di un importante intervento di rinnovamento.
Nel complesso, la posizione continua a essere comoda, ma la struttura avrebbe davvero bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione

Vicino Eurotunnel. Verificare operatività cancello parcheggio
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente un punto positivo: l’hotel è vicino al centro, comodo per raggiungere l’Eurotunnel. Ma anche di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria
La stanza è di dimensioni adeguate e, nonostante le nostre perplessità sulla zona, durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e tutto è andato per il meglio.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo comunque buono

Cons:

L’albergo è piuttosto decrepito e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. All’esterno sono presenti grosse crepe che non danno una buona impressione.
La pulizia della stanza è da migliorare: ho dovuto pulire personalmente il water, in zone meno visibili che quindi non sono state attenzionate.
Avevamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per il parcheggio privato, chiuso da un cancello. Purtroppo, proprio quella sera, il cancello era rotto, venendo così meno uno dei motivi principali della nostra scelta.
Anche la zona circostante non trasmette una grande sensazione di sicurezza, soprattutto nelle ore serali, anche se fortunatamente durante il nostro soggiorno non è successo nulla.

It was a last minute booking. Nothing good can be said about the hotel, even though it was a 1-star hotel.

Very old bed and blanket type
No kettle for hot water
No fridge
No coffee machine
No ventilation
No fan
Unsecured window for kids
No soap or shampoo
All door frames needed a repair
TV wasn't working at all
Very uncomfortable bunk bed
Very small room size for 2 adults and one kid
Not recommended to my family t all

Cheap and cheerful , budget bed and breakfast ,
Pros:

Stayed many times before , cheap and cheerful, 10 mins away from the Eurotunnel ,shops and restaurants 10-15 mins walk away.

Cons:

Car park no longer secured at throughout the night. Had an issue with my door cards , if you have your door card anywhere near a debit or credit card it gets wiped out
Ie you have to go to reception for it to be reprogrammed !
