The Terraces Apartments Resort

Just an awesome property. My room had everything you could ask for; full kitchen, a dining area, living room with two couches, an extra fold out bed, separate bedroom, safe, walk in closet, and a patio. I know there are activities to do in the area, but this is one trip, that I just wanted to stay in the room the whole time! Wonderful staff as well!

We had an awesome time. The apartment was modern, well laid out and exceptionally clean. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Right across ftom the port which has great restaurants, shopping and boat tours. Great value for money. I highly recommend this place

Great location close to Marina and shops. Short walk to restaurant and not far from airport. We stayed here for a few nights to be close to the port that leaves for the beach day club.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Terrace, we had read about how good the staff and service was and we experienced exactly that. The rooms are big, spacious and clean and are serviced daily. The staff are amazing.

Great location easy access to the marina and golf course

We can't fault our stay at The Terraces. We had a 2-storey, 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Two bedrooms with ensuites upstairs, one with a balcony, and the living area, balcony, kitchen, laundry and a toilet downstairs. It was a great option for holidaying with our teenager. There is a pool at the property and a nice little cafe. The marina and Port Denaru shopping centre are across the road. The Bulla Bus stops at reception and cost FJD12 for the day. Taxis to anywhere on Denaru Island were FJD10. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of eating options across the road. Some small aspects of the resort looked a bit tired, but this happens in the tropics, and it was always clean and tidy. There's no beach here, but you can always visit one of the other resorts for a day.

Lovely outlook over golf course

It was wonderful, the room was great & large, we particularly loved the cafe/bar on the premises, they were lovely & the food was wonderful.

Enjoyed the stay, although when we left , we noticed that money was missing from one of our bags. During our stay some of our bags looked as if someone had been going through them but didn’t think much of it. Only after we left did we find money gone from one of our bags.

Accommodation was excellent in every way. We really couldn't fault it.
However, the onsite cafe, "Tasty Tales", was atrocious! The cocktails were okay but I would absolutely not recommend the food to anyone.

Handy to Denarau port with a good selection of dining options.
Food was very poor and was cold by the time we got it.

Spacious quiet apartment with lovely golf course views but no drawers or shelves to unpack to so we lived out of open suitcases Good hanging space but no light in walk-in robe. Dishwasher door doesn’t open fully. Great pool with cafe & bar. Delightful staff. Right across the road from Port Denarau.

Beautiful staff and setting. NIce and local for Port Denauru. My only suggestion would be that they offer Happy Hour at the pool side cafe!

Overall we enjoyed staying at the Terraces and would book again. Our only feedback was our room wasn't cleaned when we hung the "clean room" sign and it wasn't cleaned on the last day we were there.

A potential slip hazard is water continously leaking in front of our entry. It may have been from the AC unit above. This should be addressed immediately to avoid a potential accident.

Add bluetooth sound hifi system so people can play their music or podcasts. Let guests know where we can buy a coffee from or have breakfast. Engage with the guests about dining at the Terraces restaurant. We were left to our own devices. Staff were helpful and friendly and they remebered our names, which is a nice personal touch.

Otherwise, its a great place that has potential to be excellent once these details are addressed.

A well appointed apartment with spacious bedrooms. The pool area was very nice and the poolside restaurant was great with very reasonable prices.

Great location

We had a conference to attend on Denarau at the Sheraton in August 2025, and after looking at room rates in the normal conference hotels (EEK!), decided to book a 2 bedroom apartment at the Terraces and share with another couple of friends. Check in was easy, and we got multiple keycards for all 4 of us to come and go throughout the conference time. The conference had a shuttle bus doing the rounds of all the Denarau hotels in morning and then after the day's events so getting to and from the Sheraton was simple too. Big kitchen for breakfast and coffee saved us $$$ in resort costs, and the large dining table was great for laptop use and doing some work during the day. Hot water took an age to get through to shower, which we felt a bit guilty about wasting so much water on a tropical island... Big queen sized comfortable beds, all clean with a good pillow selection. Be aware all 2 bedroom units are upstairs on the first level, didn't see a lift/elevator, but might have been one right at end(?). . Carparking was easy with car parked right outside our unit. Be sure to get a parking ticket for on your dashboard however, or they will clamp/boot your car pretty quick. Happened to us between parking at about noon, going to lunch and coming back to check in at the check in time of 2pm. No drama, front desk gave us the ticket for the dash, and the maintenance guys unlocked the boot even before we had emptied the car.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. The place is well maintained with beautiful gardens, pool and pool area. Great option for families with full kitchen, laundry facilities. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and the facilities perfect for our trip to Denarau. Location is convenient with access to the port for day trips, shopping, and restaurants. The Bula bus comes through here too. The setting is relaxing yet so close to the sights in Nadi.
