Awesome location
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, situated directly across the road from the marina. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Bed Bugs - only one of the rooms. Cleaned poorly.

Bed Bugs biting my Fiancé. After consulting their higher management we were told “unfortunately we cannot wind back the clock”.

A comfy, clean and convenient stay near the marina!
Pros:

Location to marina, quality building with a quality upgrade. Good pool.

Cons:

Cool colour temperature external lighting (5000kelvin) makes it feel unwelcoming- please change them all to warm colour temperature external lighting!

Was perfect for what we needed pre ferry in future if stayed again would seek breakfast off site

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location was great, walk to marina, start/finish for day cruises. Great to have a washing machine to do own washing. Lovely patio to have meals & relax outside. Comfortable bed, 25m pool with cafe. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Cons:

Confusion with paying upfront, as it was a different procedure to what I am used to on Booking.com. However, it turned out ok.
