Relaxing, informative and enjoyable.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The hotel is only a short distance from all the attractions and vineyards in the Pokolbin area. The grounds are amazing and we even got to see some kangaroos.

Cons:

The floorboards in our room creaked when walked upon but other than that we have no complaints.
