Bellissimo!
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere Desenzano in pochi minuti. Parcheggio al coperto. Camera curata e spaziosa, come pure il bagno. Vista splendida dal solarium e curatissima la zona relax con la vasca idromassaggio. Colazione eccellente sia dolce che salata. Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful stay on the lake
Pros:

Very classy Italian Villa, just in front of the lake. Breakfast was exceptional. Also the inside pool was smartly transferred to a semi-outdoor with sunbeds just next to it but outside in the garden. Jakuzzi on the terrace beautiful as well as the view from the rooftop.

Cons:

Everything feels a bit old, but this might be also charming. Parking is very tight, just keep in mind

Pros:

Struttura veramente curata in ogni dettaglio. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di un letto comodissimo. La posizione è strategica: tra Sirmione e Desenzano proprio a due passi dal lago e dalla spiaggia.
Ciò che fa davvero la differenza, però, è lo staff. Il personale è sempre accogliente, attento a ogni esigenza e prodigo di ottimi consigli per esplorare la zona. La colazione è stata una vera sorpresa: ricca, varia e con prodotti di altissima qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel amenities were beautiful and charming, offering private and relaxation at it’s fullest!

Cons:

Location was a little farther from the main areas I was hoping to explore and it was difficult to get taxis but we were able to navigate the bus system with the help of the staff which worked out just fine.

Pros:

Molto più di un tre stelle, colazione straordinaria con tantissima frutta fresca tagliata e insalate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le biciclette gratuite per andare a Desenzano in un batter d'occhio. Bella la possibilità di cenare all'aperto nel giardino esterno, cucina ottima.

Pros:

Bellissima struttura a due km dal centro di Desenzano. Tutto è stato perfetto, letto comodo e camera spaziosa, colazione buonissima e varia, piscina sul terrazzo e area solarium con vista lago. Consigliatissimo!
