Had a very cold shower on the first day there. I wasn’t very happy but the second day I had a hot shower.

Walkable but not on waterfront
Pros:

Liked the convenience to the downtown area/ restaurants and walkability. The room was ok- clean- quiet- bed comfortable.

Cons:

Wasn't on the waterfront as advertised. No hairdryer in the room. Not much coffee ( 2 packs for two people for two days)and not enough stirring sticks. No tissues.

Objectively, it’s a good option for the price. Each room has its own direct entrance from outside, so there are no musty corridors or echoing footsteps from passersby; there’s no elevator to walk to and wait for (though if you have trouble with stairs, just ask for a ground-floor room). There is no breakfast—read the terms carefully to avoid disappointment later.

Cons:

As for the downsides: the table holding the TV was dusty—it looked like it had been cleaned, but a week ago. The bed linen had holes in it. After sleeping in the beds, our pajamas picked up a strange odor. There were two pillows per bed, and they weren't very plump (which is exactly how I like them, though your preference might differ). The curtains don't provide a total blackout, so streetlights (hotel lights) shine around them—something that might matter to some guests. Overall, a good budget-friendly room.

Great value motel with needed and convenient in-room amenities.
Pros:

Great value. Didn’t really stay long, only one night, so hard to really say much. Place was clean, had all the needed amenities.

Cons:

$50 refundable damage deposit. Price of stay was inexpensive, so probably fair, but unusual.

Pros:

Was clean and great walking distance to downtown I recommend this stay 100%

Cons:

I believe his name was Gary, front desk. There was a minor situation with another room being loud and when we went down, he immediately took care of the situation and moved our room. Was so helpful and completely understanding.

Great location, not very good hotel.
Pros:

Great location, lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Good parking.

Cons:

A non smoking room isn’t really a non smoking room if your neighbors smoke, and you can smell it. I think it was coming through my bathroom vent. My room smelled of stale smoke, it must have been a smoking room at one time. Stayed 3 days room was never cleaned, never got fresh towels, never had trash emptied. Walls are very thin. A majority of the noise was late at night or very early in the morning.
