Cons:

Facility charged me for the room even though I booked and paid for it through booking.com. They also have never responded to booking.com. They charged me $270 for the night even though the receipt the next day said it should have only been $244. REGARDLESS of this, the room was already paid for in March through booking.com.

very pleasant and we would stay there again.
Pros:

No breakfast offered. There was a bistro. We didn't check it out.

Cons:

For a longer stay I would have liked a frig in the room. We only stayed one night. Didn't matter. No safe in the room.
Not a deal breaker. We locked our valuables in the trunk of our car. Just a comment.

Good Clean Place to Stay
Pros:

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold. More blankets on the bed would help. We adjusted the heat,and that helped.⁰

Pros:

The A/C was on all night and would not turn off. I called and a guy came up, but nothing dtopped it. 65 degrees in tge room and 40 outside.

Ein angenehmer und schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Da wir mit dem kleinen Hündchen unterwegs waren, war die Lage des Hotels, das von Wiesen umgeben war, sehr schön.
Auch war der Hund willkommen. Da das Frühstück an der Bar abzuholen war und in der Lobby eingenommen wurde, konnte unser tierischer Begleiter auch beim Frühstück dabei sein.

Cons:

Wir hatten am zweiten Tag um Roomservice gebeten, das hat leider nicht geklappt und wir haben uns dann frische Handtücher am Abend an der Lobby besorgt.

Well managed hotel. I would return.
Pros:

Plus: One of the most professional and thoughtful check-ins I’ve ever had - even though we arrived after midnight. They gave us a quiet room on a high floor.
Cons: The rooms are getting a little “long in the tooth.” No breakfast included.
Overall, we were happy with our stay and I would stay here again.

Pros:

Dealing with reservation changes was impossible to do thru Expedia. You were unwilling to accept any change on insured reservations. I wanted to add days. Never will use Expedia again
