Extremely overpriced - even the hotel staff said “no wonder the hotel has been so empty!”
Cons:

I expected WAY more from a hotel that I was paying $320 a night for in the middle of nowhere! Not to mention the horrible $20 drink from the lobby bar AND that I had watering dripping on me as I sat in the lobby to drink the bad cocktail.

Gone downhill
Pros:

This hotel is really going downhill.
The shower curtain does not span the shower opening thus allowing water to splash all over the floor. The tile on the bathroom floor is extremely slippery.
The bed is not as comfortable as I’m used to at a Sheraton/Marriott property.
They have gone cheap with the towels. Once the towels were large, thick, and plush. Now, they are thin, stiff, and cheap.
There is mold under the corner soap dish in the shower.
The sheer curtains are torn.
The mini fridge never seems to get cold.
The small couch/loveseat is super uncomfortable. Whoever chose this furniture must have been drunk.
Not a good experience.

Convenient stay with a diner and movie theater in the same parking lot
Pros:

Typical courtyard. Room was comfortable, bed and pillows also comfortable. It was biker wkend when we stayed. Motorcycles were pound in the parking lot that our room overlooked. (Not Marriott’s fault tho) didn’t visit the bar or gym as we were exhausted from touring the battlefields. Not sure if there is a pool. Front desk very courteous and accommodating for our request of a high floor

Absolutely terrible. I travel frequently, and was shocked that this was a Courtyard.
Pros:

Zero.

Cons:

My reservation, which was prepaid, was not available on arrival. The Manager did get this straight and gave us a king room, with a fold out sofa bed. He called it an upgrade, but in fact what we had reserved was a king bed with a sofa anyway. The sofa bed had broken springs and could not be used. We used the mattress and slept on the floor. The shower curtain did not even cover the shower space...water spilled out and the shower barely worked. Truly shocked as I have always found Courtyard very good. Going to re-think my choice in the future. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. LOOKS GOOD AT FIRST GLANCE, BUT THE PROOF IS IN THE DETAILS. The only thing goog here was the Manager attempting to take care of us. Good guy.

Cons:

The air conditioner/heating unit did not work properly, could not adjust temperature. There was no conditioner in the bathroom bottle when showering.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

On our 2 week vacation, this was the only hotel without an indoor pool and a continental breakfast. It didn’t even have a complimentary cup of coffee as I was checking out. I thought Courtyard was going to be our nicest hotel of the vacation. I was disappointed.

I would choose a different hotel

Remote hotel
Pros:

One night stay. 4th of six hotels stayed in during our visit to USA. Room 418 4th floor of 5 floors, serviced by two slow lifts. Decent sized room with two beds. Overlooking adjacent diner. Shower in a bath. Clean room. WiFi ok. AC ok. No safe. Remote location.

Not typical Marriott experience
Pros:

There was no breakfast except the Bistro. Based on the fact that 2 cups of coffee was almost $10 and no one was eating breakfast we chose to go a nice convenient restaurant next door.
There was no microwave in room for the oatmeal I brought. The sheets pulled of the corners no matter what I did, so my face was on the exposed mattress in morning. The towels were small and rough.The rugs were worn. We have been loyal Bonvoy members for years . This was a disappointment to say the least.

Cons:

Facility charged me for the room even though I booked and paid for it through booking.com. They also have never responded to booking.com. They charged me $270 for the night even though the receipt the next day said it should have only been $244. REGARDLESS of this, the room was already paid for in March through booking.com.
