Staff were all super! Gorgeous location and beautiful room
I thought use of the pool area would be included in the stay but found out it was an extra €25 to use the pool area, that’s a first for me, any other hotel I’ve stayed in includes use of the pool
amazing breakfast , spa is amazing and the beds are beyond comfy!
the staff in the bar downstairs werent very attentive or on the ball, very slow , otherwise good
We had a very nice room overlooking the grounds very quiet.
Decent enough shower in bathroom.
We had food in the Sadlier Bar downstairs which was excellent and service was second to none.
The staff are young and a great credit to the hotel.
As mentioned previously the bedroom was cold we set the temperature before we went to eat when we came back the room was icy not warm like we expected.
The Sadlier Bar for food was good but had piped music playing very loudly so much do that we couldnt carry on a conversation, we asked twice if it could be lowered and the diner at the table beside us requested the same if anything the music was louder after that, we left.
Breakfast was ok my husband had the fry he said the bacon tasted like it had been cooked the night before the mushrooms were watery. I had the porridge which was very thick and gloopy. The fruit salad was very basic I would have expected more fruit variety.
The coffee sachets in our room were of a strong variety not good. A small biscuit for each guest might be a nice touch in the future.
I phoned the number for reception shortly after check in to reserve a table for dinner I actually got someone at a different extension who couldnt help said she would connect me to reception that never happened I was left hanging so I hung up - nobody got back to me.

De luxe kamer bood geen uitzicht en we keken tegen een heg of groenwal aan. We kregen na reclameren een upgrade naar een junior kamer die meer overeenkwam met de omschrijving op Booking.
De gewekte suggestie vwb de kamer. Het feit dat er niet echt een zwembad was terwijl wel er wel een pool genoemd werd. Wisselende vriendelijk van het personeel.
