Spacious room
The washing basin plug had broken
Good location for our trip. Staff all very pleasant and efficient. Large and spacious lobby and restaurant, nice breakfast.
Size of our room; had to shuffle sideways as there was so little space at end of bed. Room felt really cramped, same for bathroom. Was more like a room for one person, not two.

Reception, lounge and bar/restaurant area were nice. The rooms and leisure centre were run down.

Room very small, could hardly walk past the bottom of the bed, Spa in pool area and has not been working for 3 months according to the locals. This should not been advertised as available.

Stained curtains no heating small heater in room jacuzzi wasn't working hasn't been for 6 months pools to small can get 3 in at most the bar manager is very rood and smug beding wasn't changed room not cleaned drainage un shower doesn't work so was like a pool on floor leaked under door so carpet got wet staff didn't do anything when we enquired qe had privilege room no view it qas the roof all pipes and boilers qas the view qhen you sign in there's a £50 deposit to pay and they give you a card for room don't explain anything qere the pool is or jacuzzi not working didn't tell us there qas another bar with sky sports downstairs someone who was staying there told us very bad experience for the money qe paid very poor lighting in the room it's a 4* should be a 2 at most

Car parking.. £12 a day .. I parked just outside on the road saved £48 .so empty car park and a lot of cars outside..

Clean and well tidied
Everything was fine, the food, the breakfast, the pool and the sauna as well.
