Pros:

Everything, room was very comfortable and food excellent.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the spa area. I have mobility issues and wasn't advised that there was another access and changing room. There was a broken light in the pool and the jacuzzi was broken, which was very disappointing.

Good for family with children and if you stay for work. Not good for 1-2 nights for rest.
Pros:

We stayed for one night as a part of our holiday travel.
We chose this hotel expecting to have a rest and use swimming pool and sauna.

Cons:

Rooms appears to be smaller than we expected, window doesn’t open and conditioner doesn’t work.
Sauna didn’t work and the small swimming pool is with an extremely chlorinated water. But stuff is very nice, they were helpful and welcoming and changed the room immediately.

Pleasurable but rooms need upgrading

Local for where we wanted to be, good car parking space.

We had to move rooms 3 times before we settled and even that room wasn’t right but I refused to move again

Staff were friendly. Lovely water “cooler”. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Shower didn’t drain so couldn’t shower properly. Was told it would be sorted but it wasn’t - I still could not have showered properly the next day without flooding the bathroom.

Conservatory part of the breakfast room/ dining room was unbearably hot - need blinds at the top and on the side windows, plus good sized windows and doors that can be opened. Only the very edge of the room was comfortable where the was an element of air conditioning.

Pros:

The breakfast advertised didn't include full English, but they had it available which was a nice surprise.
The air con in our room was broken and it was over 30 degrees outside, the floor staff were very good at getting us moved to another room where the air con worked, what a relief.
The king size bed was very comfy and a good size.

Cons:

Some of the facilities were not working, e.g. sauna, jacuzzi, the TV didn't seem to want to show any more than 15 terrestrial channels despite having Freeview.
There was also no flexible shower head in the shower, despite advertising it, so not the best clean each day.
