Location is good however although on a busy road.
The hotel is clean staff is friendly.
The standard rooms are extremely small.
You cannot even walk straight one has to walk sideways. Would be better in a premier inn.
Nice rooms, lovely breakfast and good range of choice of food, facilities were clean although shame the sauna was closed, pool and jacuzzi were nice, entrance area was nice and modern, with nice feature wall
We ordered a twin room and asked for the beds to be pushed together which they replied we would be charged £20 for this. When we arrived they were only very close anyway, so the fee (which we didn't pay in the end) did seem extremely steep. Also, the parking fee did seem steep too, and we weren't aware it was half the cost if we ordered the parking on YPS instead of paying at reception, the staff should have transparent about this. Shame as we had a good stay but there were a few things to bring it down as listed above

The beds were big and comfy. Staff were outstanding!
The rooms, lifts and hallways appeared aged and dusty. Everything was very aged. The TV was unwatchable, pixelated and bad sound.
Comfortable room & nice breakfast
Kids swimming swimming lessons occupying the pool, all of Saturday morning
room was quite cold though a heater was provided but not what you expect in a hotel
It was clean and the location was ok,
Staff were very pleasant,
Bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was small but ok ran out of pastries, room was small felt cramps
Kept finding moths in the room heating was hard to get the temperature set right and was noisy.
