Personnel agréable, hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L'emplacement à côté du sanctuaire. Selon la chambre, la vue sur le Gave et quelques sommets Pyrénéens.

Cons:

Les oreillers trop petits, une lame de parquet sous la moquette qui craque.

お部屋に冷蔵庫とポットがなかったのが残念です。
Pros:

あるスタッフの方がとても親切でした。
タクシーがなかなか捕まらず、フライトに間に合わなくなりそうだったのですが、親身になってあちこちに問い合わせをしてくださり、なんとかギリギリ間に合うことができ感謝しています。

お部屋に冷蔵庫とポットかなくて困りました。

La décoration de la chambre est parfaite et c’était très propre ! Bon rapport qualité prix!

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner un gros weekend de saint valentin. Beaucoup trop de monde et peu de personnel pour réapprovisionner le buffet et débarasser les tables. Le buffet était quasi vide, plus de pains, plus de jus, plus de pate à gauffres. À améliorer en cas de weekend festif ? Néanmoins le prix du petit dejeuner est très correct.Ca reste quand même très bon et bon rapport qualité prix global!

Pros:

I stayed one night to visit the Fountain of Lourdes. It was within walking distance of Lourdes Station, the last bus stop from the airport, and the Fountain was just a short walk away. There were also restaurants nearby, so the location was excellent. I booked a twin room, but they gave me a triple room, and there was a large bathtub, which I found very relaxing. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay.
