be honest with your customer and at least think of a quick solution.
Cons:

was not informed during check in that there is no water in the hotel. when i was ready to shower, found out no water. went to ask the reception, and was told they already called the maintenance. after nearing 2 hours, still no maintenance came. went to reception again, apparently the whole entite area have no water and currently waiting for the authority to send water which were not confirm at what time. they just expect us to wait without giving any immediate solution. at least tell the customer they will send up the water or whatever reason they can think. i was furious, as i was very exhausted from island hopping n snorkeling the whole days. later i asked for refund and check out from the hotel.

No breakfast provided, hotel just right in front of school.. a bit noisy

Cons:

No TV inside room and was not informed by staff during checked in.. And so many ants inside the room, staff didnt help either..
