Close to the station and central shops/restaurants. Staff had perfect English & were very helpful. Key safe in reception clever & useful. Fantastic view of Matterhorn from sunny balcony. Only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer!

Our friends had a nice comfortable room, but ours had a tiny bathroom that would only fit one at a time. We also had the elevator on the other side of the bed wall that we heard all night. The staff was friendly and helped us with transit and directions. It was clean and had a nice breakfast.

Great location- about an 8-10 minute walk to the Main Street, main train station and the Gornergrat station. About a 15 minute walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondolas. The hotel has great views of the Matterhorn and right at the river walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to everything. Well maintained and clean. Very friendly staffing, Excellent breakfast. My room has a small bathroom, but it’s fine for a short stay. I will come back again.

마터호른이 방에서 바로 보여요. 황금호른을 방에서 누워서 볼 수 있구요. 바로 앞에 슈퍼있어요. 아침은 소문대로 맛있구요. 무엇보다 조식식당의 분위기가 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 추천, 강추 합니다.

Their customer service was great; they answered all the questions and the rooms were exactly as shown on the website.

리셉션 직원분이 너무 친절하시구요 가본 호텔 중 최고라고 단언할 수 있어요. 일부 리뷰들에서 침대에 거꾸로 누워야 마테호른이 보인다고 하던데 제가 받은 방은 침대에 똑바로 누워서도 보였어요. 방 위치에 따라 다른 듯 합니다. 기분 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay there. Our balcony facing Matterhorn. 7-8 minutes walk to train station. The Sunnegga bahn is like 6 minutes walk. The buses are free but we did’t take it. Saw the blackneck goats matching on the street was cool. Love Zermatt. Definitely want to come back. The dining room window facing Matterhorn. I al recommend this hotel to my friend

Aside from the friendliness of the staff, the thing I liked best about Hotel Parkas was the amazing view of the Matterhorn from my balcony! The room was bright, clean, and very pleasant. Although there was not a refrigerator in the room, there was a refrigerator in the room downstairs. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was also near the train station and the numerous shops I the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It included breakfast and was a good value for the price.

This beautiful hotel is so walkable to all the transportation up into the mountains, tons of restaurant options, and shopping. It seems to be family run, and the service was exemplary. They went out their way to do simple extras like holding the door open for us when we had luggage. The free breakfast was fantastic, offering a large variety. Our balcony view of the Matterhorn was beautiful! We could also see the goats (and hear their bells) as they were paraded through town - so fun!

Perfect location. We could see the Matterhorn from our balcony. The only drawback was no air conditioning and the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was excellent! Everyone was also kind and helpful.

Stayed in a Matterhorn view room with a balcony, nothing quite like waking up to the Matterhorn. Loved this hotel, 10/10 absolutely recommend.
