Nothing I they had cockroaches and I had to leave check out early because of it
Everything smelled like smoke they had bugs cockroaches that were very uncomfortable. Wish I was able to get a refund.
I had stayed in the exact same room only a couple weeks prior, and I was horribly disappointed this time. The room was dirty, smelled like freshly cooked Chinese food, and the bed sheets were covered in stains. This was after it took like 30 minutes just to check in with my online reservation.
I'm still waiting for a resolution to my cancellation. We were told by the receptionist that our payment would be refunded in full, after she apologized for the rooms condition. Also, I forgot to mention the TV had audio but no video for any channels. This was in addition to the other things I previously mentioned. The owner seems to not care much, and was quite rude the last time I spoke to him.
Mostly quiet, everybody minds their own business for the most part. Close to the interstate and restaurants, stores, etc.
No smoking at all anywhere in the building, which I guess is normal these days. Harassed one evening for sitting in my car on my phone. I guess they didn't realize I was a guest at first. No coffee or breakfast.
It was ok.but needs wake up call room service or alarm clocks.
Service was ok.did not like that they advertise a pool in hot tubes but they do not have any at all.
Bed was comfy staff was excellent television was good size and picture.

Everything! They moved us to a dirty broken down room due to a service animal. They aren’t supposed to do that by law. Also there are cockroaches. And when I asked you guys to help with the issue, you spit in my face with 11.42 in credits. I and anyone I know will never use you or them for travel ever again.

It's a nice hotel for the price. It's easy to get to off the interstate. It's close to restaurants and some shopping.
There's an over all lingering oder of smoke (cigarette and other recreational smoke) in the entrance. The room didn't smell too bad.

I put all Info in to booking dit com made reservations and called ahead get there then system down and pay here then I had pay extra day for what originally was 70cbeaper and after I paid 2 nd to.e they tried running my car 3 more times
