Super Frühstück und gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist super. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich abwechslungsreich. Der Service beim Frühstück sehr gut. Super offene Tee Auswahl.

Tipp topp für eine Nacht mit sauberem Zimmer und feinem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig, das Frühstück absolut OK. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist top. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht gross renoviert. Im Gang roch es so, als hätten hier früher viele Leute geraucht. Es war aber kein neuer Rauch.

夜のスタッフ以外は親切だったので彼個人の問題だろう。

Cons:

夜間に到着した時のスタッフは英語が話せなかった。鍵が古いタイプで開け方がよく分からないので相談したら、コツがいるようで、英語で話してください、とお願いしたら急におこりだし、危険を感じた。痩せぎすで長身の老人で、多分、力を入れて回せば開くんだよ、もっと筋肉を鍛えたらどうだ、と言ったと思う。ドイツ語は分からないが、マハトという言葉が聞こえた。客どころか、見知らぬ他人に対してとっていい態度ではない。過去のコメントで度々言及されている人物だろう。

Cumplió con mis expectativas y tuve una estancia agradable.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, hotel limpio y cómodo

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo algo desmejorado, no era malo pero comparado con otros hoteles alemanes de la misma categoría creo que este le faltaba mas variedad.

Das Frühstück und der hoteleigene Parkplatz

Cons:

-im Bad in den Fugen ist schwarzer Schimmel
-das Zimmer war zur Straße gelegen-ich habe wegen des Krachs nichts geschlafen.Gar nichts.
-die Matratzen waren schlecht,mir tat den ganzen Tag danach die Hüfte weh
-teilweise unaufmerksames und uninspiriertes Personal.Gottseidank waren nicht alle so.

Good basic hotel
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was good and the room clean and comfortable. It was a little stuffy and warm with only option to open window to cool off room. Since the street below was noisy, it was not possible to leave the window open to sleep. The comforter was way too heavy for the warmth of the room. A simple sheet would have been nice. Checkin staff was not very helpful when I asked where I could get something to eat at 9 pm on a Sunday. Basically told me there was no place I could get food at that hour. I went out looking and less than 1/2 block away was a restaurant BLOCK that was on the hotel’s restaurant list (which I was not given on checkin). I did not appreciate that the hotel staff made no effort to see if there was anything I could eat.

Fantastisches Hotel in genialer Lage ABER
Pros:

Das Fruehstueck liess keine Wuensche offen. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels inmitten im Zentrum, einen Steinwurf vom Bahnhof entfernt, sehr gut zum Einkaufen in der Innenstadt und fusslaeufig zur Oper.

Cons:

Das Hotel kann nichts fuer die "Poser" und Raser auf der Kronenstrasse. Schade fuer Stuttgart, unsere Landeshauptstadt. Hier ist die Polizei und die Politik gefragt dem Treiben des Abends / Nachts mit allen Mitteln Einhalt zu gebieten bzw. ein Ende zu setzen. Nicht nur stellt dies eine unsaegliche Laermbelaestigung dar, sondern auch einen gefaehrlichen Eingriff in den Strassenverkehr, fuer die Fussgaenger ganz zu schweigen. Man hat mir berichtet, dass schon viele sich beschwert haben, jedoch bis dato keine Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. Nachfolgend ein Vorschlag wie schnell und kostenguenstig Remedur zu schaffen waere: Der Einbau von Bodenwellen.

Alles bestens.
Pros:

Waren zum zweiten Mal für ein verlängertes WE dort. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn.
Alles, wirklich alles TOP, Ein extra TOP für das Frühstück. Hier gibt es alles, aber auch wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Personal super freundlich, kompetent und immer da, wenn was gebraucht wird.
Noch eine spezielle TOP 10: Die Rezeption. Man kommt an und schon wird man mit einem Lächeln begrüsst. Beim Auschecken genau so.
Zimmer in einem überragenden sauberen Zustand, danke dafür!
Also wenn Stuttgart - dann nur dieses Hotel Unger!
