No está mal, pero no es genial.
Pros:

Es un aparta hotel típico. Habitación cocina en la misma estancia y un baño. Nada muy destacable la verdad.

Cons:

No es el sitio más limpio del mundo. Además le falta modernizarse un poco. Los grifos son de rosca, el pestillo para la terraza cerraba pero costaba. La verdad es que es un aparta hotel típico en zona turística. Sin más.

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

La disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria, ottima dotazione di utensili per la cucina e per la casa in generale. Centro di Las Americas raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Posto auto disponibile all'interno della corte privata.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was prima! Zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

De locatie was rustig en centraal gelegen. Het zwembad en de parking waren een groot pluspunt. Het appartement was minimalistisch maar beschikte over alles wat nodig was. Het terras was erg leuk met een mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Er waren weinig opties qua kookgereedschap. En er miste een gezellig lampje.

Great location and free parking! Nice neighborhood and beautiful view on the balcony:)

Cons:

No wifi in apartment. Wifi only on the first floor. Also would be nice to provide at least basic solt and sugar in the kitchen.

Pros:

Гарне розташування, тиха вулиця, 10 хв до пляжів, ресторанів і всих розваг. Ввічлива менеджер яка максимально хотіла допомогти в будь якому питанні. В номері було все необхідне від солі та перцю до пральної машини і фена. На кухні багато девайсів і посуду.

Cons:

Чистота на 2. Номер старий та зношений. Незважаючи що в номері буде все необхідне, але все зношене і моментами не зовсім чисте. Особливо мене засмутили рушники, які я сама мусила прати, бо смерділи гидко. Також не буде зайвим вимити детальніше кухню. Шторка в душевій кабінці давно має піти на пенсію. Моя суб'єктивна думка.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald!
Pros:

Locatie goed. De mensen van de beveilig zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het appartement is niet schoongemaakt in de 2,5 week tijd. Na 5 dagen geen nieuwe handdoeken gehad er maar om gevraagd, het beddengoed ook om moeten vragen.

I would stay here again! It was quiet and close to everything.
Pros:

The hotel was very well located. Behind the building there was a bus station and a taxi stop, which made it very easy to move around. It was also close to the hospital, a shopping centre, and many beautiful beaches. The area was quiet, and everything was nearby.

Cons:

The only negative point was that we could not watch TV because it did not have Wi-Fi. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work well in the whole hotel.
