離大江戶線兩國站很近，但可能常需要轉車

離大江戶線兩國站近，但到其他地方很常需要轉車。房間有小廚房，離超市不遠，步行約15分鐘，可以自己去超市買和牛回來料理，覺得很棒。服務人員晚間七點就下班了，第一天check in要注意，若是晚到可能沒那麼方便，其餘的都好，服務人員都很親切。

La amabilidad del personal,ubicación a pocos metros de estación de metro, limpieza,cocina pequeña pero muy bien equipada con lo básico. Entorno tranquilo y silencioso.tiene una terraza muy chula para pasar un rato por la noche después de un día ajetreado

Habitación pequeña pero es el estándar de Tokio, por poner una pega.como solo íbamos a dormir tampoco ha sido muy relevante. Eso sí, tiene bajo la cama espacio adicional para guardar las maletas

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location in relation to public transit. Hotel staff was friendly and facility was clean. Would not mind staying here again.

Hotel perfecto para estancia en Tokio
Pros:

Hotel tranquilo, con habitación amplia para el standar de Japón. Cerca de una estación de metro y de varias tiendas. Es muy cómodo tener la cocina para poder desayunar o cenar cuando llegas cansado. Personal muy amable que intentan ayudarte en todo.

Pros:

Room facilities , as had almost all that a family need, cooking ( though havent done any cooking but utensil and other things there ) , microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Cons:

Staff added extra charges beside Residency tax upon check out which we didnt expect and didnt like.

Ótimo custo-beneficio
Pros:

Funcionários muitos atenciosos e tudo muito limpo, máquina de lavar e secar que nos auxiliou muito em nossa chegada ao Japão. Comunicação sempre ativa pelo booking e ainda nos ajudaram a despachar as malas para o próximo destino.

Cons:

A cama fazia muito barulho, bem incômodo para quem acabou de passar mais de 20 horas em voo e um fuso de 12 horas.

Bien situado y con todo lo necesario
Pros:

Hotel cercano a una estación de metro. Dos camas dobles, lavadora y una cocina para poder hacer los desayunos. Las personas de recepción súper amables y siempre intentando ayudar en todo. Zona tranquila para descansar y con supermercados cerca. La habitación es más grande que la mayoría en Tokio.

Comfy stay in between destinations, clean, quiet, and nice staff
Pros:

Small hotel, with a great rooftop. Konbinis are nearby which is great! Staff is nice and speaks good english. The room has a kitchenette which is SUPER nice if you are trying to cook your own food.
It wasn't anything super impressive, a little outdated maybe, but cute and in a quiet area.

Cons:

The combo washer and dryer was good to have, but the dryer function is pretty terrible. Just being picky because they did offer coin dryers in the lobby that were supposedly "more efficient", but as we only stayed one short night it just wasn't convenient.

The area around is whatever, pretty quiet, nothing super exciting nearby. If you get to the train station you can get anywhere you need, but walking there and back sucked if I'm honest. It was unfortunately raining on the day we arrived and we didn't realize it was about a 15 minute walk. It's doable, but a 15 minute would would have been unfun with rolling luggage even on a sunny day. For comparable prices you can stay in areas that are more interesting and are closer to transportation if that's important to you! For just one night before we headed to Disneyland the next day it was good and comfy enough.
