Budget friendly yet very pleasant accommodation centrally located
Pros:

A great little hotel near a park and in walking distance of public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk, a very clean room and enough amenities to make the stay comfortable for several days. Elevator and rooftop access with a stunning view of Tokyo skyline. Situated in a nice area with a friendly local vibe, restaurants and small shops.

Cons:

We slept three people in a room that would have been optimal for two (a queen size bed). The extra bed meant floor space was limited, but we managed.

Walking distance to subway and train stations. Quiet area. With elevator. Sound proof door and walls. Tooth brush and comb provided.

Cons:

Our room probably couldn’t fit 3 people with luggage as advertised (2 people struggled to fit with their luggage). Also, as a tall person I repeatedly hit my head on the stove ventilation fan.

Well-equipped room with lots of extras
Pros:

Lovely staff and the room was really well equipped. The only thing missing was a bath, but we survived 😅 Great location close to Ryogoku Stations, the Edo-Tokyo Museum and the National Sumo Stadium. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was a bonus, as was the roof terrace with SkyTree view. Loved it.
