Overall, a pleasant experience which is great value for money
Pros:

It’s accessibility, great value, the friendly staff, and the view from the balcony is great too!

Cons:

There was some kind of vent beside the bed which blows cold air right beside me, which made it difficult to sleep

Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helped with a couple of things we needed help with. Nice quiet neighborhood and a bunch of restaurants nearly and many convenience stores as well.

Cons:

It was a little further away from some of the big highlights in Tokyo. Sometimes 2 trains were needed instead of just one. With a short visit we should have stayed a little closer, but first time to Tokyo. It is really big!!!

Excelente para famílias que queiram se hospedar em Tokyo
Pros:

A funcionária que me atendeu foi super educada e atenciosa (eu achei que ela falava inglês muito bem). O quarto tem bom espaço, bem limpo, banheiro e chuveiro excelentes. Wi-Fi. Boa localização, próximo da estação Ryogoku. Rua tranquila e silenciosa.
