Fantastic location - we will be back
Pros:

Very happy we went against advise online and stayed in Ryogoku. It is a more residential neighborhood, but it was perfect after a day of exploring packed areas. Ryogoku station is only a 5/10 min walk, and even better, Asakusa is in walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are well presented with a number of good amenities - the shower has amazing pressure! The staff were always very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are a good size but we struggled to find a place for our two medium suitcases.

Pros:

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop view of the Skytree was really nice. Very good value for money, and a good location, with local shops and transport links.

Very clean and maintained daily. Close to convenience stores, grocery stores and drugstores. It’s nearby the train station and as well as the main street.

Pros:

Very clean and functional small apartment with a kitchen. Good location. Very quiet district. Market just around the corner. Free coffee machine in the lobby. Self-check-in the evening.

Agréable et très pratique!
Pros:

Personnel professionnel et très agréable! Hôtel très pratique, proche du métro , quartier calme ! À deux pas de la Sumida river , top pour footing long !

Cons:

Peut-être un peu petit pour une famille de 4 personnes et un séjour long ( plus de 3 nuits)

Pros:

La stanza era piccola ma carina. Staff gentile e vicinanza della metro. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Cons:

Sicuramente il divano letto non era all'altezza. Talmente scomodo da non restare neanche perfettamente in orizzontale.

小房間硬塞進廚房設備動線不佳，房間沒暖氣，晚上10:00找不到人問，還好4月底溫度像高雄冬天穿長袖長褲睡被子蓋緊一點還好，床不好睡。

Location: Excellent. 20 mins walk to Asakusa Pier and Sensoji. Not very crowded. Relaxed vibes. Few minutes walk to Edo Tokyo museum.

Facilities: as advertised. An apartment hotel. Coffee/Tea, Washing machine and Dryer available.

Room: Semi-double twin. Small room, but adequate bed space for a family with small kids.

Cleanliness: Excellent. (Room cleaning is complimentary only if you stay more than 4 nights.)

Cons:

No major complaints. Restaurants are available within a 5-10 min walk.

Ideal base for a Tokyo stay
Pros:

The room was small, especially with the extra single bed, but contained everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The wahing facilites were very useful and the seating area in the lobby was nice. Complimentary self service coffee was an added bonus. Staff were super friendly. Location was great despite being on the outskirts of Tokyo - it was interesting to see a quieter neighbourhood and transport links were very good anyway.

Cons:

It was a squeeze with 3 people in the room but managable for a short stay.
