Exceptional.
Pros:

This host was the best during our entire trip. They helped us with outlet adapter as our was broken, they offered to keep our luggage for a full day! Added great photos you can make our roof top with Tokyo Skytree at night in the background, free coffee at the reception - we cannot recommend them enough. Everything is clean and they have a nice artificial garden at entrance. Would stay again there if we would have the chance.

We had a wonderful family stay here. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was also incredibly convenient for exploring the city with my husband and son. We felt very safe and welcomed throughout our entire stay.

Comfortable for short stay and near tokyo center.
Pros:

Location was great, near city centre with 3 lines nearby. A familymart and 7/11 nearby as well! Roof top view of tokyo skytree and cozy clean rooms. Water, coffee and tea provided below. Good value for money

Cons:

My room had a outside air ventilator RIGHT beside one of the beds and since I went during the colder season, cold air was being blown into the room and where I was sleeping from the vent which made me feel very cold even though the heater was on. If you sleep on that side, not comfortable. The room is worth the price though too small for a group of 4 as the beds take up most of the space. Ideal for staying a few nights but to be honest nothing more than so. Unless your group only plans to go back to sleep!!

Pros:

Le personnel attentif et chaleureux.
Petit appartement très fonctionnel. Un lave-linge dans l’appartement a été très utile et la possibilité de faire sécher au rdc.
Proximité du métro. Café et thé disponible.
Recommandons sans hésiter.

Hôtel agréable avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Un hôtel à taille humaine avec un vrai contact humain. Tout le personnel parle très bien anglais et s'assure que tout va bien. A 5 minutes à pied d'un métro dans un quartier calme. On voyait la Skytree de notre chambre et sinon le rooftop est top pour le voir chaque soir. Le ménage était parfaitement fait tous les 4 jours et on pouvait changer nos serviettes dès nécessaire. Le café offert en bas était un chouette moment le matin.

It was close to what we wanted to do and it was very close to a train station.

Cons:

I am a bigger guy (6’0”) and I felt that it was a bit small but I also only slept there and did not spend a ton of time in the room.
