安心又舒適的美好住宿

這是我第二次入住這間飯店，整體體驗依然非常優秀。櫃臺人員親切又專業，服務品質很好。房間乾淨整潔，備品齊全，檜木浴桶讓人特別放鬆、加分很多。西式早餐新鮮又好吃。之後一定還會再選擇入住。

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again the experience was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hinoki wooden bathtub was a great highlight and made the stay especially relaxing. The Western-style breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The location was great and only a short walk to Kiyomizu. The room itself was fine for two people, and we were out for most of the day anyway. The breakfast was a good inclusion.

Cons:

Note that there is a curfew of midnight.
This may be a temporary issue but the surface of the walls in our room seemed unfinished: everytime my clothes brushed up against the walls, the walls left white powder on my clothes, like chalk or plaster. It didn't damage my clothes but it was slightly concerning.

L'aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la sua posizione, si trova a 10/20 minuti a piedi praticamente da tutto. Letti molto comodi e ambiente tranquillo.

Cons:

Diciamo che è un hotel senza troppe pretese, motivo per cui per il soggiorno di una notte va bene, ma non di più. È più un hotel per chi è di passaggio a mio avviso.
Colazione sufficiente e un unico spassionato consiglio: fate qualcosa per la pittura delle pareti perché così com'è sembra un lavoro lasciato a metà, donando soprattutto ai corridoi un aspetto trasandato.

Pros:

This location was perfect. You could walk to restaurants and local shops. I booked 3 rooms for my family and everyone was happy with their stay.

Overall a good experience
Pros:

They have a really pretty hotel entrance. The hotel itself seems old and traditional. Room size was ok. Breakfast was continental with ok portions. Really good location as many places to visit on foot and subway station were close by.

Cons:

Since we stayed during the New Years holidays, they didn't manage to clean our room because staff was not available. And some nights we could hear a machine noise like vibrating, probably that could be a boiler or something.

Lage gut und Preis-Leistung hat gepasst! Frühstück war i.O.

Kofferversand zum nächsten Hotel lief perfekt ab und die Mitarbeiter haben uns toll unterstützt.

Cons:

Hotel schliesst über die Nacht. Man kommt dann also ab einer gewissen Zeit nicht mehr rein.
