Overall, everything else was good, especially the service. Ms. Suhaila was superb. Thank you !
Pros:

Affordable room with all the basic needs. Convenient location with self-service laundry downstairs, plus tea and coffee counter provided. Water pressure was very good too. Staff is very hospitable and room was clean.

Cons:

A few small things can be improved: only one pillow was provided for each bed, the power socket beside the bed was not functioning, and there was no kiblat sign in the room. Not major issues, but these improvements would make the stay even better.

The family room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The facilities included are good.

Cons:

However, as there is a 24h laundromat under the room, the noise is very loud in night. Not suitable for a light sleeper. The wifi connection is not good.
