Lugar mágico
Pros:

El lugar es mágico, todo hecho con buen gusto y con mucho cariño.
David es muy simpático y servicial.
Todo está muy limpio y tanto la playa como el bar y el supermercado del pueblo está muy cerca.
Estela también es muy simpática!

Cons:

Es un pueblo muy pequeño, nada turístico y la fauna hace ruido desde muy temprano. Pero me sigue pareciendo un alojamiento de 10!!!

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando de la playa y buenas instalaciones, la piscina es un privilegio.

Cons:

Estaría bien incluir en las habitaciones una colcha o manta fina ya que todas las personas no sienten igual el frío del aire acondicionado.

Statt 4 Tage sind wir 11 Tage geblieben
Pros:

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Strand und ganz ruhig. Sehr sauber und mit einen riesengroßen bequemen Bett. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt mit tropischen Pflanzen. Faultiere, Affen, Aras und Tukane sind direkt hier zu beobachten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Der Besitzer spricht auch deutsch und ist sehr entspannt und zugewandt.
Der Strand ist meist menschenleer und traumhaft schön. Wenn man Trubel und Touristen möchte, kann man 15 min nach Dominical fahren. Dort gibt es auch einen schönen, kostenlosen Wasserfall. Direkt neben dem Coco Beach ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit deutscher Küche. Weitere Restaurants sind fußläufig oder ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Die Unterkunft hat alles, was ein Tropenparadies benötigt und daher sind wir hier viel länger als geplant geblieben. Es ist schöner als auf den Fotos.

Beautiful property, nice and close to the beach
Pros:

The manager David was very warm and welcoming. The property was absolutely gorgeous with lots of mature tropical plants and beautiful flowers. It’s super close to a beautiful, clean beach. We woke up to the sound of the surf and tons of song birds. Breakfast was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Pros:

De kamers waren zeer ruim, met goede bedden en fijne grote badkamer. We hadden een eigen koelkast waar vaak gebruik van gemaakt is. De tuin was mooi met een goed onderhouden zwembad. De auto kon op terrein geparkeerd worden. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De locatie, op loopafstand van strand, was top. Gastheer zorgde voor een welkom ontvangst.

Magnifique séjour dans la très belle suite à l'étage que je recommande, David le propriétaire très sympathique et serviable, encore merci 🙏. Le jardin merveilleux et super bien entretenu, la super piscine pour se rafraîchir. Cuisine collective accessible à l'étage bien utile. Overall we enjoyed our location.
Pros:

Great walkable location for a less crowded beach experience weekdays. It was one of the nicer beaches we visited for peacefulness and shade was available. Manuel Antonio and Uvita were each about a 45 minute drive - and that was our reason for choosing this location. So it worked out good for us. Lovely pool at the hotel.

Cons:

A few additional amenities would have been a nice touch. When we requested a blanket we were told we could turn AC down. As a couple with one who is always colder this really wasn’t an enjoyable solution for us.

Wir empfehlen hier länger zu bleiben!
Pros:

Schönes Guesthouse in unmittelbarer Nähe zum wunderschönen Naturstrand in Matapalo. David ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig und sehr sauber und haben alles, was man braucht ( Sogar einen beleuchteten Vergrößerungsspiegel) Frühstück ist super, Abendessen im Supper Club nebenan auch. Auf dem Weg zum Strand haben wir Faultiere, Kapuzineraffen und Tucans gesehen. Gute Lage für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks Marino Ballena und Manuel Antonio. Wir haben traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und lange Strandwanderungen genossen und würden 100 % wiederkommen.

Habitacion cuadruple extremadamente limpia y confortable.
Pros:

La ubicacion es perfecta, se puede ir caminando a la playa sin ningun problema. hay un supermercado cerca y los alrededores son muy tranquilos. La habitacion estaba increiblemente limpia, todos los rincones limpios.

Cons:

la ducha no tienen puerta, no fue ´problema para mi grupo de viaje pero podria ser complicado en otros casos

I really enjoyed the location of the villa; being just 150 meters from the beach provided some truly amazing sunsets. The villa itself is lovely, featuring a beautiful garden and pool area that we thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

However, I did feel the room decor lacked quality and the bedding was uncomfortably warm. Most notably, the kitchenette was missing basic essentials like cutlery, plates, tea, and coffee, which made it difficult to utilize the space as intended. With a few upgrades to the room amenities, this would be a perfect stay.

Der Garten hier ist wunderbar gepflegt, man sieht sehr viele Vogelarten, unter anderem Kolibris, Tukane etc. David ist wahnsinnig freundlich und aufmerksam. Er kümmert sich sehr gut, fragt immer nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und gibt sehr wertvolle Tipps. Einfach ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen
