The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.
There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel to the contact number provided on the confirmation after booking. The charge is GBP 34 for an overnight stay from 15:00 until 12:00 the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. You will be asked to leave your keys with our reception team upon arrival. Please contact the hotel for further details. Valet parking is also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Staff were very attentive, especially in the restaurant. Food was sublime. It's a wonderful hotel.
We'd return far more often if it wasn't so prohibitively expensive.

All staff we encountered were amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. The valet parking was extremely easy. They kindly upgraded our room to a Signature Suite, which was great. It was a large space, split level, very clean and we were able to watch a local play from our balcony. Bed was king size and the bathroom was large. There was ample space for the two of us. The restaurant was lovely, great cocktails, good food and awesome service. The hotel is a short walk to shops and local attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

Histortisches Gebäude, Boutique Hotel Charme, zentrale Lage
Unser Zimmer befand dich im Nebengebäude. Ohne Fahrstuhl mit schmalen Treppen. Mit großem Koffer schwerer Zugang für Einzelperson. Zimmer nett - allerdings viele Abnutzungsspuren im Bad am Schrank, Leisten und Schreibtisch zu erkennen. Fenster im Bad + Schlafzimmer konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Keine Frischluft. Aircondition im Zimmer vorhanden. Trotz geringster Einstellung war es in der Nacht zu kalt. Daher mussten wir bei 27 Grad Außentemperatur ohne Airconditioner schafen. Es war drückend und heiß im Zimmer. Ab 05.30 Uhr fuhr (täglich) die Müllabfuhr direkt vor unser Zimmer. Teilweise kam die Müllabfuhr bis zu 3x (stündl). Keine Toilettenbürste im Bad. Schrankraum ideal für 1-2 Tage - nicht aber für 2 Personen mit Aufenthalt von vier Nächten. Feuertüren, die die Gebäude abtrennen, waren nicht gedämpft und erzeugten enormen Krach, wenn sie nicht leise geschlossen werden.
Fazit: Für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay, von mehreren Nächten würde ich abraten.

As acomodações estavam limpas e arrumadas. O banheiro era bem amplo e moderno. A localização é excelente, próximo ao shopping e ao centro. Dava para fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã era ok.
O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e fomos no verão. Dormir foi um grande problema devido ao calor. O quarto era muito pequeno e as janelas não abriam. O hotel era uma antiga prisão e na parte que fiquei a estrutura foi preservada com teto e portas baixos. O elevador tb não estava funcionando.

The decor is lovely. Furniture was stylish and comfortable. The location was unbeatable for accessing Oxford by a short walk and if you like having full access to shopping and restaurants one block over. General manager named Eve was excellent and helpful!
Air conditioner was out during the heat wave. Our suite was on the top floor/ corner with full sun all day. Fans were brought in and helped. Manager did her best. :) Reception and concierge were barely happy (maybe the garrison’s spiritual energy remains?)
Elevators were out the entirety of our stay. Buffet was okay. Coffee was dispensed from the brewing machine by the cup. No protein served.
