When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.
Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.
There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel to the contact number provided on the confirmation after booking. The charge is GBP 34 for an overnight stay from 15:00 until 12:00 the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. You will be asked to leave your keys with our reception team upon arrival. Please contact the hotel for further details. Valet parking is also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The lack of information when we checked in. Just handed our room card and told what time breakfast was.

Did not eat there.staff is wonderful. I wanted a room like i had previously but it was taken so they showed me all they had to help me find what we needed. Very nice room but next time I will be specific. Location near restaurants, outdoor music.mall.everything!
They are renovating elevators so part of building was not possible fir us to stay in unless we were able to climb steps.
