The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.
There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel to the contact number provided on the confirmation after booking. The charge is GBP 34 for an overnight stay from 15:00 until 12:00 the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. You will be asked to leave your keys with our reception team upon arrival. Please contact the hotel for further details. Valet parking is also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Didn't have breakfast
They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff was also incredibly helpful when we had a problem with a misplaced item! It was an amazing location right in front of the castle and super close to the city center. We had a very memorable stay.

Great location and wonderful transformation from the old prison which gave lots of character. Comfortable and lovely breakfast.

The property was within walking distance to the places I wanted to explore. Close to places to get a bite to eat or get a beverage. The room was comfortable although I would have preferred a walk in shower.
The staff, on check-in gave me a room where I had access to a lift which was kind of them.
The only thong wrong with the room was the lack of lighting over the desk.
The young ladies who worked in the restaurant were a tad pompous, an example of this was when I ordered an an Australian wine with my meal (this wine in Aus is a cheap one) the wine was brought decanted into a carafe to the table where the lass asked me whether I was going to to taste it. My response to her was first I know the wine and second of I was yo taste it the bottle should have been brought to the table and a sample poured into the glass. I also hot good poisoning after that meal. Not a comfortable evening at all.
