The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:

0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.

Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.

There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel to the contact number provided on the confirmation after booking. The charge is GBP 34 for an overnight stay from 15:00 until 12:00 the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. You will be asked to leave your keys with our reception team upon arrival. Please contact the hotel for further details. Valet parking is also available.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies . Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

It was a very unique experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located for many of the sightseeing options and near to the shopping centre.

Bei unserer Anreise haben wir zunächst ein sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit erhalten – trotz einer Außentemperatur von 32 °C. Als einzige Abhilfe stand ein älterer Ventilator zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt in der ersten Nacht leider etwas unangenehm gemacht hat.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Nachdem wir am nächsten Morgen nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt hatten, wurde uns unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.
Insgesamt hätten wir uns gewünscht, das erste Zimmer hätte den sommerlichen Temperaturen besser entsprochen. Der gute Service bei der Lösung des Problems hat den Gesamteindruck jedoch deutlich verbessert.

Cons:

Die Anreise nach Oxford gestaltete sich aufgrund von Straßensperrungen leider sehr mühsam. Hier hätten wir uns vorab eine deutlich bessere und verständlichere Information gewünscht. Statt einer kurzen Anfahrtsbeschreibung erhielten wir eine etwa 70 Seiten lange Verordnung, in der die relevanten Hinweise zur Anreise nur schwer zu finden und insgesamt sehr verwirrend waren.

Sentral beliggenhet, fine fasiliteter, hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale.

Cons:

Det eneste negative var at ventilasjon/kjøling på rommet ikke var dimensjonert for varme dager.
Fikk tilbud om frokost som kompensasjon for en utfordrende natt.
