Foarte bine!
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut dormitorul, pernele, mâncarea!
Avea teren de tenis dar echipamentul este neîngrijit și pentru începători- aș sugera o îmbunătățire!

Cons:

Dușul, apa curgea încet!
În baie uneori mirosea a fum de țigară!
Pentru un hotel all inclusive prosoapele nu erau cele mai calitative!

Senti-me muito ansiosa e insegura após a minha chegada
Cons:

Má gestão . São desorganizados. Acordamos com eles um adiamento do nosso check in pelo telefone e falharam-nos no dia seguinte. Não assumem a responsabilidade do erro. Viajávamos com bebê de 7 meses e criança de 4 anos e deixaram-nos na rua. Só com muita insistência e ameaçando chamar a polícia, nos deram um quarto de hotel que era o da nossa reserva e que ficou cancelada por falta de compromisso da parte da recepção do hotel. Falei com o Diretor Miguel Medeiros e ainda foi pior. Não têm qualificações para o cargo e não sabe comunicar com pessoas.

Redelijk maar niet wat er van 5 sterren hadden verwacht

Zwembad en de centrale ligging, mooi uitzicht en goed schoon

Bedden waren heel hard en eten was matig, veel van hetzelfde iedere dag

Magnifique hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de variétés. Emplacement idéal à proximité d’un centre commercial et de la plage .

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de bagagiste pour vous aider à déposer vos bagages en chambre.

Das Essen war gut, leider für 5 Sterne zu wenig Abwechslung. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Essen gab es kaum Abwechslung. Hatten immer wieder Kakerlaken im Zimmer.

Pros:

Gostei do fim do dia junto à piscina, da música ao vivo diariamente, do trato dos funcionários, do estacionamento (apesar de pago), das bebidas e do jardim botânico. Gostei dos jantares temáticos.

Cons:

Alguns materiais apresentam alguma degradação, como alcatifas nos corredores, a animação não é entusiasmante e as refeições para um hotel de 5 estrelas parece-me bastante aquém - pouca variedade no buffet.
Não gostei da casa de banho sem porta, nada confortável quando alguém faz as necessidades.

Excellent stay and wonderful time.
Pros:

The location and staff were lovely. Beautiful country.

Cons:

We had some issues with the toilets and sewer smell. Food was not as great as other places I’ve been and at times some of the meat was not seasoned or not cooked fully and we had upset tummy a few times but it was ok. Breakfast however was excellent. Loved it
