Dir Bar am Pool war schön. Die Aussicht war super. Gebäude schön. Lage, Lift zum Strand (eher nicht zum baden geeignet zu unserer Zeit)

Cons:

Leider ging es sehr lange bis wir warmes Wasser hatten bei der Dusche. Und es kam auch nicht regelmässig warm raus. Das Personal war freundlich, ausser bei einer Dame die wohl nicht so motiviert war. Das Essen war nicht so spektakulär. Frühstück war noch ganz okay.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Strand und die Zimmer sind gut isoliert und die drinks an der Bar sind gut und man hat super tv shows/programme/sender auf english!

Cons:

Es gab vorallem sehr viele Senioren als Gäste und Familien mit klein kinder, ich würde diesen ort eher an Familien und Senioren weiter empfehlen als an junge Paare

Хорошее месторасположение

Cons:

Очень старые номерной фонд матрасы пролежанные, мебель старющая почти разваливается все начиная от тумбочек заканчивая кранами в ванных и окнах. Шведский стол на ОллИнклузив в обед и на ужин хуже чем в трешках - смысл платить за этот отель нет никакого!!!

Pros:

The hotel is in a really good location, you can walk for a long time on the waterfront promenade. The all inclusive is "real", we didn't leave hungry or thirsty. There were surprises in the room almost every day, little things, but they were nice.

Znakomita obsługa, zawsze pomocni.

Cons:

Kwatery na wyższych piętrach są wiele lepsze niż na poziomie 0. Małe ciśnienie w kranach i pod prysznicem. Aczkolwiek nie jest to aż tak dużym problemem.

Estadia muito feliz
Pros:

O Hotel excedeu as minhas expectativas. A meu ver bem localizado, numa zona tranquila em frente ao mar. Refeições ótimas e sempre com imensa oferta. Tinhamos sempre uns miminhos quando chegávamos e festejamos o aniversário da minha mãe com champagne e bolo no quarto! Foi de um cuidado imenso! De realçar a importância que foram exímios durante a nossa estadia, a Sandra, para além de muito bonita, foi sempre super simpática e aconselhou-nos a melhor excursão de sempre. Só conseguimos 1 dia, mas ela foi incrível a tentar garantir que conseguíssemos ver tudo. E depois o Faria, que foi desde o dia 1, super atencioso, disponível, e sempre atento às nossas necessidades. Tivemos pena de não nos despedir dele ontem! Iremos voltar, até para conhecer a ilha com mais tempo e usufruir das piscinas exteriores.

Cons:

As zonas exteriores de atividades para crianças deveriam ter uma manutenção melhor. O mini golf por exemplo está bastante descuidado, no entanto usufruimos de tudo e divertimo-nos imenso.
O sofa cama também não era super confortável. O meu filho de 10 anos queixou-se imenso de sentir as molas do colchão, e uma das tábuas do estrado caiu na última noite. A casa de banho era confortável no entanto sentiam-se odores quando o quarto de cima descarregava autoclismo. Percebe-se que existem pormenores a serem melhorados ao nível da manutenção para um hotel de 5 estrelas.

A very enjoyable stay with great service, especially thanks to Karina.
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and a very relaxing atmosphere. I would especially like to mention Karina from the public relations team. She was extremely kind, friendly, and very professional. We were not happy with the first room we received, and she immediately helped us and offered a solution. Thanks to her, we were able to change to a better room by paying a small difference. Her support and attitude made a big difference in our stay.
