Cons:

Leider fand ich das Essen am Buffet nicht lecker ich war für 5 Nächte vor Ort und an keinem Tag mochte ich Frühstück oder Abendessen. Grund war zu wenig vewürze , schlechte Verarbeitung (z.B. Gemüse nicht durch) & für mich als Vegetarier war die Auswahl leider ziemlich begrenzt.

Malgré quelques petits problèmes, l’établissement est très bien. Le directeur Ricardo est juste fantastique, à l’écoute, il trouve toujours une solution pour essayer de vous satisfaire. Je le remercie. Sincèrement

Le café, les œufs brouillés du matin, trop cuit, voire beaucoup trop cuit, mais rien de rattrapable

Pros:

Das all-inclisive Konzept war für uns gut.
Das Hotel befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage sodass wir in der Nacht das Fenster offen lassen konnten.
Das Restaurant Personal war sehr freundlich und motiviert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keinen Toilettenventilator und aus dem Wasserhahn ist kaum Wasser gekommen. Nach dem Duschen lief hinten Wasser auf den Boden raus ... zwischen WC und Bidee habe ich mich eingeklemmt und bin in der Nacht schmerhaft auf den Türstopper am Boden getreten. Am morgen um 8Uhr wurde im Nachbarzimmer, welches eine Baustelle war, mit den Handwerksarbeiten begonnen. Die Sauna beim Pool hatte nicht mal 70 Grad Celsius. Im Restaurant lief 3Abende nacheinander derselbe nervige Gesang einer Frau. Uns wurde beim Empfang von einer unfreundlichen Dame nicht erklärt, dass das bediente Restaurant erst ab 5 Nächten Aufenthalt zugänglich ist.

Super clean and comfortable hotel with brilliant food
Pros:

This was the first all inclusive we had ever done, and the food was incredible. So fresh and lots of really healthy options too. The staff were really friendly, and everywhere was immaculately clean. On my husband’s birthday a cake and bottle of fizz was left in the room which was really kind.

Cons:

My husband wasn’t keen on the bed at all and found it pretty uncomfortable. The balconies were pretty tiny, so I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for that upgrade.

Dir Bar am Pool war schön. Die Aussicht war super. Gebäude schön. Lage, Lift zum Strand (eher nicht zum baden geeignet zu unserer Zeit)

Cons:

Leider ging es sehr lange bis wir warmes Wasser hatten bei der Dusche. Und es kam auch nicht regelmässig warm raus. Das Personal war freundlich, ausser bei einer Dame die wohl nicht so motiviert war. Das Essen war nicht so spektakulär. Frühstück war noch ganz okay.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Strand und die Zimmer sind gut isoliert und die drinks an der Bar sind gut und man hat super tv shows/programme/sender auf english!

Cons:

Es gab vorallem sehr viele Senioren als Gäste und Familien mit klein kinder, ich würde diesen ort eher an Familien und Senioren weiter empfehlen als an junge Paare
