Great stay in Edinburgh
More than I expected. Great customer service awesome place clean .
Wonderful accommodations. So clean and beautiful and the staff was so friendly! Would absolutely stay here again
Exceeded our expectations. We were worried as we booked a windowless room at basement level. It was large, bright and spotlessly clean so didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. It was also very quiet so never disturbed at night. The apartment was very well equipped and all you need for a self-catering trip.
Spacious, clean property, ideally located for exploring Edinburgh
The fact that after 18:00 there was no one in reception wasn't great and the fact that if we wanted some cleaning in the room we would be charged extra wasn't great either specially since we paid a lot for the room
Great spacious apartment - convenient location.
This is a great place to stay in the heart of Edinburgh. Staff were helpful and friendly. Apartment was spotless. Only a few niggles…… one of the toilet seats needed tightening, there is no microwave and no drawer storage at all which if sorted, would have made the stay perfect.
very nice inside.
when desk inside manned, staff very helpful.
But desk often not manned and customer service very unhelpful. Took 3 hours for online checkin.
Fire alarm kept going off randomly including early in morning and no one on desk so all residents standing around downstairs not knowing what to do.
Main problem that property managed from afar (overseas) and this does not provide good customer service.
This is a perfect location. Also we were mother daughter so having a small living area and a bedroom and event bathroom gave us lots of space. So walkable
Great location as base for exploring city and easy to get from airport on tram to St Andrew’s Sq
Lots of local places to eat and drink Portrait gallery across road has great cafe as do the other galleries/museum across Edinburgh
Lovely , spacious , well maintained apartment . Perfect location for a city break. Stayed four nights and felt very comfortable.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had everything needed for an extended stay (washer, dryer, and full kitchen, and a gloriously large soaking tub). The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see with great food and bars less than a block away. It was super close to the main bus and tram terminal for easy transport to and from the airport and points further out. Final bonus: the private garden with access to the large Queens Garden. This space felt like a place out of time and provided an oasis of greenery.
What else can I say except this is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. Everything is run through the mobile app including getting a ride from the airport. There is 24 hour key code access for extra safety and convenience. It's a couple of blocks from the city center, bus station, train station and Dean's Village. There are plenty of options around for food and drink and grocery to cook in the studio. We had a chance to meet some staff while we were leaving and they were both super friendly. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Edinburgh.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The space is big, beautiful and light filled. Perks for us after travelling a couple of weeks were having a kitchen, the washing machine & a seperate living area. Unfortunately they don’t offer room servicing unless you pay an extra price, however they do have a little service cabinet in the lobby where you can stock up on items such as coffee pods, toilet paper etc which I thought was a great inclusion. It was our favourite hotel so far on our travels. Thanks for having us.
Liked location and properties. Didn't like being in a basement especially as this wasn't advertised on Expedia with no windows
Very spacious accommodation and ideally located for the railway station and for getting around Edinburgh. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Nothing I could fault.
Excellent apartment, in a great location.
Great location and good access to public transportation.
The bedrooms in the accommodation we had were comfortable and well decorated with ample storage space.
The kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen items you could possibility need with the added benefit of a washing machine and dishwasher.
Only issues were the wifi being very poor and that there was no info on how to use the digital thermostat. The wifi would connect but keep dropping/disconnecting to the point we gave up trying to use it. This also affected the digital tv.
We had a 2 bed apartment, 1 queen size bed and 1 single. The apartment was huge, really spacious and lots of storage and it’s in a fab location really central for everywhere. First impressions were very good but there were a few issues. The biggest being no ceiling lights in the queen bedroom and living area, only tiny wall lights with yellow bulbs. I couldn’t even unpack my case without the torch on my iPhone never mind be able to see myself properly to dry my hair and put on make up. The girl on reception did try her best to resolve this by getting us some brighter, whiter bulbs for the wall lights and a lamp. We were also offered a change of room but would have to pay £50 which we declined. We managed with the brighter bulbs but overall it did make the apartment feel a bit dark and dungeon like. I imagine it would be better if you stayed in the summer and got more natural daylight.
Other than that the shower head popped off a couple of times and the shower screen didn’t meet the top of the bath properly so water went everywhere when you were having a shower. I few minor other things that just took the edge of the overall impression, wire hanging down from behind the tv, part of the radiator was falling off in the hallway and one of the sockets in the kitchen wasn’t working. Overall a few minor changes and attention to detail could’ve made a ok stay and really good one
