Limpeza, rouparia, me deram uma toalha que não servia nem.para pano de chão, não tive coragem de usar as cobertas, não pareciam limpas, fedia, o banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, o chão escorregando, café da manhã ruim, um tomada em um quarto triplo com pessoas a trabalho precisando carregar equipamentos,pessoal nada simpático.

Excelente localização
Pros:

A localização é excelente, próximo às compras da Rua José Paulino, perto da Rua 25 de Março, ao lado do Museu da Língua Portuguesa. Dar pra fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

O café da manhã apesar de bom e farto, não havia mudança de cardápio, foram 7 dias comendo a mesma coisa.

Hotel extremamente sujo , velho , sem condições de receber hóspede
Pros:

Hotel estava EXTREMAMENTE SUJO, não faziam a limpeza diária dos quartos , toalhas velhas e rasgadas , cobertores velhos. O hotel tem uma ótima localização para quem vai para o Bom Retiro, mas sem condições básicas de limpeza para receber um hóspede !

Pros:

As roupas de cama e as toalhas estão extremamente velhas muito surradas. As toalhas rasgadas!

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto não foi feita em nenhum dia, mesmo eu solicitando e deixando o cartão na porta pra sinalizar que poderiam entrar e limpar.
