Cons:

1. Room air cond not working properly, the room cooling insufficient due to air cond unit blower working in very very low mode. Probably the blower not service.
2. The water tap provided not as user friendly. The type installed not with handle or finger handle tap. It’s normal tap where if soap in had unable to turn the water tap.
3. I had check in at 10am estimate, sleep at 2 am due to myself and family unable to sleep due to room air cond.
4. Requested a fan for room cooling due to unable to sleep. The staff supplied and able to sleep at 2am.
5. Was charged late charges as check out at 1pm. Even I had messages the hotel mentioned that will check out at 1pm.

We have stopped here 3times now and it has been good

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the noise level, this time was the worst. Very loud till 2am, I don’t think we will stop there again if they do not improve the situation
