Loved the location at the end of a private road, no traffic at all and RIGHT ON the beach with a great view.
The building was under renovation/construction, but it was not noisy at all, just a bit of a building site, which didn't affect me at all.

The patio does not look like on the photos anymore. It's not a porch but a window facing a big parking lot between hotel a d beach.
Very noisy. During the day, construction work in the hotel would never end. In the evenings, the scratching of the lounge chairs on the rooftop restaurant would not stop before 11 p.m.
Great location, on the beach. Upstairs for dinner was 5 star, the food was amazing and the view was spectacular, on the beach looking out at the sunsetting with good surf up. I rate the place, although it was going through renovations it was still a winner.

I waited 40 minutes to check in at 2PM because there was no staff at the property. No receptionist, no housekeeping, and nobody answered the phone when I tried calling. After 40 minutes, someone finally arrived to let me in.
The hotel has two floors. The lower floor, where the reception and some rooms are located, smells extremely bad like mold and dampness, to the point where it’s hard to breathe. The second floor seems recently renovated and was much cleaner and fresher.
There were multiple maintenance issues in the room. The bathroom door handle was broken so I couldn’t properly close or lock the door. The sink tap was also broken, so there was no running water to wash hands. There is also a gap under/around the hotel room door, allowing mosquitoes to come inside.
The restaurant next to my room was under full renovation during my stay. It was very loud, messy, and dirty. Construction workers stayed awake all night talking loudly and playing cards, making it difficult to sleep.
Another concern was the safety box in the room. It was not bolted to the wall, meaning anyone could simply take the entire safe, which does not feel secure at all.

Stayed for one night only but really enjoyed the place. Excellent location close to the beach and if you stay in one of the rooms on the first floor you have a lovely view over the ocean and can watch the sunset from the shared balcony (although I recommend watching it with a beer in hand on the beach)
