Очень разочарованы проживанием в этом отеле.

Во-первых, нам не вернули сдачу в размере 10 лари. Это неприятная ситуация, особенно когда речь идёт о деньгах гостей.

Во-вторых, утром мы вышли позавтракать и подошли к ресепшену, чтобы уточнить, где проходит завтрак, так как при заселении нам ничего не объяснили. Вместо того чтобы ответить на вопрос, сотрудники сразу сказали «до свидания» и даже не стали слушать, что мы хотим спросить.

Такое отношение к гостям считаем неприемлемым. К сожалению, сервис оставил крайне негативное впечатление.

Pros:

Чудовий готель: усе нове, сучасне та дуже чисте. Приємна атмосфера, комфортні номери, видно, що за готелем добре доглядають. Персонал ввічливий і уважний. Єдиний нюанс — готель розташований далеко від основних туристичних пам’яток, тож варто врахувати це під час планування поїздок. . Загалом залишилися дуже задоволені проживанням і з радістю рекомендуємо готель.

Worst stay,I had to 33 countries & rarely write a bad review, but should be written in this case
Pros:

The moment I reach they asked for cancelling the booking and pay as cash. When I denied the behaviour of the front office lady changed. I had no option but to hear her yelling as it was 3 AM in the morning as had a family with me.
She took extra dollars from me giving me a bad local currency to Dollar rate as its difficult to find a money changer shop at 3 am in the morning.

Cons:

reception front desk behaviour .. if you don't agree to what she said, she will land you in dirty room, bad breakfast. basically if she is unable to scam you . you are at her mercy
