Wonderful hotel in a peaceful and quiet location. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Excellent WiFi connection for working remotely. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future!

The moment I reach they asked for cancelling the booking and pay as cash. When I denied the behaviour of the front office lady changed. I had no option but to hear her yelling as it was 3 AM in the morning as had a family with me.
She took extra dollars from me giving me a bad local currency to Dollar rate as its difficult to find a money changer shop at 3 am in the morning.
reception front desk behaviour .. if you don't agree to what she said, she will land you in dirty room, bad breakfast. basically if she is unable to scam you . you are at her mercy

The breakfast wasn’t very good, and the bed wasn’t comfortable.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.
There is a construction site next door and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
Неплохой номер по такой стоимости. Не было возможности осмотреть гостиницу. Только ночевку была по времени и ранний выезд. Все необходимое есть в номере. Хороший персонал. Приветливый и вежливый
Далековато от центра. Но не критично. В номере нет ложек.

the staff even though cannot speak english but they do their best to help you as much as they can. the lady at reception helped me with getting my luggage. the next day a staff helped me get to the bank for some work
i was staying with a baby and was hoping to get a room on ground floor or at least some help from the housekeeping staff. no elevator and no staff for help. ground floor room was also six stairs up.

In the photos and description, the room looks much better than it actually is in real life.
However, everything is clean and tidy, with high ceilings, and the room has everything you need, but it felt very small to us.
Personal is very nice and also the breakfast was very good!
If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, don’t choose the cheapest room—it’s very small.
