The place had a musty smell, pop machine out of order no hot water in the room curtains poorly covered windows.

AC didn’t work TV was messed up. We had to leave so they went in our room to fix it while we was gone and they left our door open with all our stuff in it just very careless and a pool didn’t work. It smelled I would’ve gave it zero stars.

We didn’t even stay. The whole place was disgusting and smelled like smoke, even though it is supposed to be “smoke free”. The room we had booked the window was coming completely out of the frame and there were stains all over the beds. We got moved to another room and there was what looked like blood on the chair and more stains on the beds. And dirty clothes left in the room. After it had been cleaned. We left it was so bad. The staff was nice, helpful and apologetic. I am seeking a refund.

Nothing was good. Room, property, staff, stinky bathroom , no issue in mid summer , no fridge working , towel inside the fridge, no phone wires , late response from reception, it was bad bad bad bad, everything was bad, zero maintenance in anything, my pregnant wife and my kids were sweating all through the night because of issue problems, nobody came until 4am, we were in hell , worst place ,

Hotel was in terrible condition. Curtains hanging of windows property in terrible shape. We did not stay and requested a refund. Pictures fo not show the true condition of the hotel. Absolutely horrible.

I didn’t stay at the property. It was filthy and looks like it housed junkies. The staff was suspicious as well. I canceled upon arrival due to safety concerns and was still charged by the facility.

Dirty, seemed like they were remodeling everywhere. No breakfast when booking clearly says breakfast included.
