Pros:

The location was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue about being pet friendly but it was worked out quickly and to our satisfaction.

Cons:

No coffee maker. Microwave, well we still didn't figure it out fully. Lol

Pros:

Spacious room for 4 guests (2 queen sized mattresses)
Close to the venue.
We arrived 30 minutes early, expected to be turned away, but the room was ready.
Friendly enough front desk staff, just the strong silent type. Straight to the point.

Cons:

Not that it affected us, just noticed later, no elevator.

Great for an overnight stay, but not for long stays.
Pros:

It was very clean and the Custodial staff was very attentive when they came through.

Cons:

People smoking at the entrances even though there were clearly posted signs.
Even the man who checked us in was smoking just outside the front entrance causing the foyer to smell of cigarette smoke.
Our fridge was turned off when we arrived (apparently standard practice here) which caused it to smell musty and took a while to cool down after we turned it back on.
Continental breakfast was so-so. Packaged muffins, fruit cups, bottled juices, coffee/tea. That's it.

It also didnt drain

Clean, quiet and really nice and welcoming staff! Close to everything. Would stay here again!
Cons:

The lighting should be changed to soft white, it felt like hospital lighting and wasn't relaxing. It cost the same for warm / soft white lightbulbs .

The room was exceptionally clean. The bath tub was sparkling clean. Quiet environment. I had a good sleep

Clean rooms, convenient location for us. Would not stay again.
Pros:

We did like the bedroom and bathroom. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. but we had a lot of difficulty to reach our room.
Heavy doors no automatic openers made it very difficult for seniors with luggage.

Cons:

We did not have breakfast. It was in a separate building and due to snow and ice and we have handicaps it was too difficult o get to.
