The hotel is conveniently located a few stops from Shin-Osaka station and then an 8 minute walk. It is within walking distance from the Castle and the river walk for sakura viewing. The room was spacious, and the amenities high quality. I was positively surprised to see that in addition to the hair dryer, they had a hair straightener in the room. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
Maybe the room was not often used, but you could see some dust in the corners on the carpet and on the bedside tables in the corners, so maybe a more thorough cleaning process would be required. We were also mitigated about the breakfast in the nearby cafe: on the other hand, happy it was European and quite tasty, but depending on how lucky you were, you could have had quite a long wait to be served, without the place being very busy. For example, one day we had to wait around 35 minutes for the food, and on top of that, it arrived at the table cold, which lead us to believe that it was simply sitting there without being brought to us. I guess it's more a matter of a better organization for the waiting staff. The next day was a bit better. You could be mindful about that when you need to catch a train or a flight. The food was really good though (especially the pancakes).

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und herzlich. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die tolle Lage: Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt, und an der Metro befinden sich außerdem Starbucks und 7-Eleven, sodass wirklich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Für das, was man bekommt, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich hervorragend.
Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

Staff was confused specially with bookings done through bookings.com.
I booked room with bfast ( 2 adults and one kid) but they refused to give bfast for my kid. Even after showing them details of booking it took them 24 hrs to resolve the issue.
In similer booking made through Make my trip as there was another family with us they offered bfast for kid as well.
Staff wasted my time during check-in specially when were super tired.
Hotel not recommended at all.
Хочу выразить огромную благодарность высокой девушке со значком на ласконе пиджака (front desk agent) за помощь в решении моего вопроса, она прям вникла и помогла, позвонила на таможню и узнала все интересующие меня вопросы. Так же вся остальная команда с радостью помогала мне, во всех моих вопросах, за что им огромное спасибо, это был уровень 5* отеля, типа Ритц Карлтон по сервису. так же на ресепшене есть электронный переводчик, на все языки мира, и проблем с взаимопониманием не возникнет
Завтрак в соседнем кафе фиксированный из нескольких вариантов. но вкусный.
Номера как на фото, но в живую меньше по площади, по размерам европейских номеров, только с двумя отдельными кроватями
Уборка раз в 3 дня или по запросу, что тоже хорошо, и не никто не будет ломиться в 8 утра, можно так же назначить время уборки и придут ко времени.
Отличный шампунь после которого волосы просто не узнать в хорошем смысле этого слова, так что вывод, в этом отеле менеджмент очень качественно выполняет свои задачи и внимателен к деталям. с благодарностью ваш гость из 1111 и 1116

50 mtr from nearest metro, and 10 mins walk from Honmachi metro from where you can go directly to main stations.
Walking distance to Osaka castle.
Hotel is clean, rooms well fitted out. We had superior double. Views from windows poor but of no importance.
