Une très belle chambre : spacieuse et très propre. Un très bon petit déjeuner et un restaurant très bon et très pratique (sur place, donc appréciable le soir après une longue journée de marche dans Lisbonne).
Un personnel très accueillant, sympathique et attentif.

Long walk to river and to old city
Very small rooms no bedside table on one side breakfast NOT included the pool is Tiny and the sun umbrellas were not adjustable so they provided no shade
no ice no corkscrew etc etc
Hotel is really lovely. We had a suite which was spacious with a huge balcony -
Definitely worth the extra money. The standard bedroom was not as nice.
Breakfast was really good - same every day but fresh with lots of choice.

Pool area was great for a little relaxation.
It is a bit further out from the centre than I would have liked. It’s a good 20 minutes to get there - there are shops along the way but they are very high end. This did mean it was very quiet and peaceful at night.
For a girls trip, a better location would have been preferred.

Bar dakterras geen peroneel. Toch wel klein half uur lopen naar het oude centrum.

Very nice and accommodating staff, great breakfast and generally nice facilities. The location is very convenient in the center of the city. I can highly recommend this hotel!
I had to cancel one room because my son had an injury and couldn't fly. The contact with the hotel’s booking staff was not great, and if they had explained that it wasn't a cancellation fee, but just that they couldn't return the payment of the room, it would have saved me a lot of work and frustration. But it all turned out well in the end.

Super huge bed, tea making facilities, large room with balcony doors, restaurant was fabulous, very friendly staff
Breakfast wasnt great - had to wait ages for tea and asked for almond milk several times before it came. The milk was served hot even though I had asked for cold but in all honesty it was a small niggle I over came
