Fantastic
Pros:

This hotel is situated near Praça Marques Pombal. A square where you can take the public transport.
Distance to the centre is ca. 20 minutes walking (but via a nice luxury street.
Staff of the hotel is very friendly.
Checkin is quickly.
Our room was on the 8th floor.
A quiet room. The beds were good.
The bathroom contains a rain shower which was good and Rituals soap 😁.
Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and if something was empty it was refilled quickly.

On the 8th floor you also had the gym and sauna’s. And here you could also relax on the roofterrace with a self-service bar.
On floor higher you could find the pool. Nut that big but hey it is there!!!

Pros:

From checking in to checking out,all the staff were brilliant, friendly, and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely. There was a good range from hot to cold, the location of the hotel was perfect walking distance to main attractions
The rooms were comfy
We had an excellent stay, I would highly recommend this hotel

Perfect hotel for our couple days in Lisbon!
Pros:

The service was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with quick access to the downtown old city. Cleanliness was top notch.

Pros:

Nous venons de passer 5 nuits ( chambre 60 ). Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et disponibilité. Mention spéciale aux barman et personnels du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est extra, très grand choix et de qualité. Quant au restaurant le soir, c'est un vrai gastro italien ! La cheffe stimule nos papilles par les saveurs et les quantités. Chambre correcte, ménage nickel, produits d'hygiène Rituals à disposition. Navette aéroport -hotel. Tout était parfait. Très bien situé vers l avenue de la liberté. A pieds au centre ville ou métro à côté.
