Great Rail Jouneys Tour - Lisbon and the Douro - May 2026
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel during our time in Lisbon and I would rate this as the second best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Facilities excellent, staff brilliant and an excellent restaurant.

Voltaria, sem dúvida.
Pros:

Costumamos nos hospedar nessa região e já é a segunda vez no hotel. Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todos os funcionários, ambientes confortáveis e muito agradáveis. Dessa vez fomos contemplados com um upgrade para a suíte junior com vista frontal e ficamos ainda melhor acomodados. Café da manhã excelente, em local tranquilo. Nossa estadia foi muito feliz.

Cons:

Acho que o pequeno terraço poderia ser mais valorizado, é um local muito agradável.

Nous recommandons! Proche de tout. Bien équipé, confortable, propre. Bel accueil à la réception.
Pros:

Les pieces sont grandes, le lit est confortable, chambre tres propre, le petit-dejeuner offre une belle variété. Le personnel a été très accueillant, serviable, efficace. Très bien situé; on peut marcher pour aller partout. Très calme.

Cons:

Les capsules de café: elles étaient limitées à 2 (+ 2 décaf) même si nous séjournions 2 nuits. Si on en voulait d'autres, il fallait payer. Dans la plupart des hôtels, on ajoute des capsules gratuites pour le jour suivant. Au prix que nous payions, il me semble qu'un café chacun par jour est raisonnable.

The great location, close to the luxury street and to the centre, but far from crazy tourists. Fantastic atmosphere in the hotel! And fantastic porter Rui Mai (sorry if the mistakes in the name), the most professional ever! I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time. Rui Mai recommended me the best place for lunch not far from the hotel and when I came back he brought my luggage already to the room, made perfect air con temperature at 20C and showed me the room details!) *and perfect restaurant for dinner right in the hotel!very delicious Italian food! Highly recommended!))

Pros:

We've really enjoyed our stay in PortoBay Marques hotel. Clean , comfortable rooms, very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was complete and delicious.

le petit déjeuner était très, beaucoup de choix, cafés et toutes autres boissons chaudes disponibles et servies à table. cadre agréable
hôtel très propre et petit pool avec terrasse sur le toit avec transats et serviettes. 1 bouteille d’eau par jour gratuite très appréciée.

Nice clean comfortable hotel
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast and staff were all efficient

Cons:

Main downside was the air conditioning machinery outside started making a noise at 5.30am. Also a bit annoying that I booked two rooms 4 months before our trip and ended up with them 4 floors apart

Sehr kleines Zimmer, das zwar ein Fenster hatte, aber vor dem Fenster war eine graue Betonmauer, das geht gar nicht.
