La ubicación para llegar al aeropuerto y para ir al centro comercial. Poder aparcar en la puerta.

Cons:

El hotel lleno de cubos por fugas en el techo, tanto en la zona de entrada y recepción como en el primer piso que era nuestra habitación. El personal de recepción y de restaurante bastante seco. Y lo peor, había reservado una habitación triple para 2 adultos y una niña de 16 años y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas. Imposible dormir.

Cómoda, agradable y de calidad
Pros:

La limpieza y amplitud de la habitación, la climatización, el trato del personal y, en general, el hotel entero. Siempre que viajo a Madrid por trabajo, me alojo en vuestro hotel.

Cons:

Me gustaría que valoráseis la posibilidad de ampliar el servicio de cenas a los fines de semana. Esta vez tuve suerte porque el domingo estaba abierto (habitualmente no lo está), pero de normal es preciso buscar otras opciones si te alojas en fin de semana y esto complica la estancia.
