Boa qualidade, bom atendimento, mas preço muito alto para os serviços oferecidos.
Pros:

O hotel fica muito próximo ao metrô e próximo ao aeroporto. A rua oferece possibilidade de estacionar o carro e há opções baratas de comida próxima, ja que o hotel não oferece. O hotel está sendo reformado, então a parte concluída está nova.

Cons:

Hotel ainda em obras, sem todas as comodidades disponíveis. Café da manhã diversificado para o padrão espanhol, mas muito caro. Sem frigobar no quarto. Estacionamento privativo muito caro.

El servicio del personal, llegué a las 23 horas y había reservado doble cama, sin embargo nos dieron camas individuales y el personal hizo el comentario que deberíamos en otro día hacerlo no tan tarde, y creo que si no hay disponibilidad de ello simplemente no debería estar en la página disponible y uno se va a otro lugar . Y luego al subir a la habitación solo tenían una toalla , no funcionaba el telefonillo y tuvimos que llamar al teléfono principal la cual nos respondió el mismo chico que debíamos ir por la toalla si lo queríamos a recepcion. No se dignaron a subirlo y a pesar que estaban 2 personas ( una viendo el móvil y el otro pues en teoría trabajando ). Ese trato no se da a ningún cliente .

Muy buena
Pros:

Recién reformado, cama muy cómoda, buen aire acondicionado y calefacción, personal tanto de limpieza como de recepción muy amables y atentos. Ubicación muy buena, comercio, restaurantes etc además para hacer los exámenes en el centro Universae viene genial.

Location not good for visiting central Madrid because of the long metro journey.
