It’s a big fat no go for me, the staff seems they need basic training on customer experience

It’s clean and new

Cons:

The room provided was absolutely not fit to purpose for a business trip since they do not even have a kettle in the room

Modernt och fräscht hotell till ett bra pris.
Pros:

Bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Moderna och fräscha lokaler.

Cons:

Sängen var onödigt hård inklusive kuddarna.
Rummet var onödigt varmt. Termostaten var ställd på 24 grader, jag lyckades inte justera den och fick ingen relevant hjälp från receptionen.
Saknade ett litet kylskåp på rummet.

Pros:

Zona muy tranquila. A destacar la comodidad de las camas y la facilidad para trasladarse a Madrid por la cercania del metro. Tambien resultaba facil aparcar por la zona.

Todo lo que necesitas para descansar bien con buena conexión a Madrid.
Pros:

En la 5. planta las habitaciones parecen recién reformadas. Ventanas con muy buen aislamiento acústico. Instalaciones funcional, útil, estilo moderno, con buena háptica. Estación de la Linea 10 de Metro a 4 min. Supermercado a 3 min. Equipo de la recepción muy amable. Volveremos.

Cons:

Estantería no limpio de todo del polvo de la obra anterior. Canales de la Tele muy, muy reducidos. No hay información / manual sobre manipular el a/c para acomodar la temperatura, ni como conseguir los canales de TV, o sobre los servicios disponibles 24/7 en la recepción (ej. bebidas, frutas,...).
