The breakfast provided by the place is lovely. The staff are kind and very helpful.

The hotel staff offer excellent service. They contact guests in advance to confirm arrival time and relevant details, and rooms are reserved according to guests’ requirements. During our trip, we had a minor emergency and needed to print documents, which the hotel helped us sort out perfectly.

Besides, the complimentary laundry service was such a blessing for us after a week of travelling. Our washed clothes were neatly folded and delivered back to our room, which we greatly appreciate.

All team members are proactive, patient and ready to assist guests. The breakfast is quite substantial with attentive staff who keep an eye on diners’ experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. While the exterior may not look impressive, the stay experience is fantastic.

Inoltre la camera non era pronta e ci hanno dato un piccolo rimborso.

Wir hatten Mimosa Local gebucht, waren aber vorher 2 Nächte im Mimosa Pastel und konnten dort dann doch bleiben.
Mimosa Pastel: eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer netten Seitenstraße!! Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer zum
Wohlfühlen! Gute Betten, sehr gemütliche Bettwäsche. Sehr gutes Frühstück 50 Meter weiter im Mimosa Petite auf der Dachterrasse. Kostenloser Wäscheservice. Und abends ein herrliches Fußbad als nette Aufmerksamkeit. Gute Lage, viele kleine Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Zum Postoffice 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

帮忙安排了洗衣服，虽然少了一件送回来，但是最终还是帮忙找到了。
早餐品类不多，但是味道很好。

tout était très bien . c'est un hôtel à taille humaine .bien situé au coeur d'un quartier populaire,
la localisation est aussi parfaite car on peut visiter beaucoup de sites à pied.
situé dans une ruelle au calme.
l'accueil de Fleur pour le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et permet de commencer la journée dans la bonne humeur.

grosse zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sauber. sehr nettes Personal. das Frühstück ist gross und nach wunsch und sehr lecker. Wäscheservice ist super. die lage ist mitten im geschehen und doch ganz ruhig in einem süssen innenhof. Meinen lieben Dank an Madame Mimosa

整體住宿體驗很不錯！地點是在巷子裡，不是大馬路旁，所以沒有車流的吵雜聲，晚上休息起來很安靜。

不過建築物的隔音比較普通，早上大約 6 點左右可以聽到樓上的腳步聲和房務整理的聲音。當下有馬上反映，工作人員也有處理，但後來還是會聽到一些整理時的腳步聲，如果比較淺眠的人可能需要注意一下。但是晚上睡覺時間是安靜的！

位置真的很方便，去各個地方都很近，附近也有很多小吃，生活機能很好。房務人員都很有禮貌，也非常親切熱情，這點讓人感覺很好。

另外一個小小的趣事是，房間的梳妝台對亞洲人的身高來說好像有點太高了 😂 哈哈哈，坐著使用不是那麼方便 看不太到自己。

整體來說性價比不錯，地點方便、環境安靜，服務人員也很友善，還是滿推薦的！
Overall, I had a really nice stay here! The property is located in a small alley rather than on a main road, so there was no traffic noise, which made it nice and quiet, especially at night.

The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better. Around 6 a.m., I could hear footsteps and some housekeeping noises from upstairs. I reported it right away, and the staff were very responsive, but I could still hear some footsteps and cleaning noises afterward. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to many places and lots of local food options nearby. The housekeeping staff were also very polite, friendly, and welcoming.

One funny little thing: the dressing table was a bit too high for an Asian person's height 😂 It wasn't the most comfortable to use while sitting!

Overall, I think the place offers good value for money. The location is convenient, the area is quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I would still recommend staying here, especially if you aren't too sensitive to noise.
