Pros:

We liked everything!
The room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet.
Free laundry is a very useful bonus.
On top of that lots of lovely attentions like a foot bath, with salts and scents!
The staff speak very good English and are very friendly, and as a bonus, the lovely lady Fleur speaks an excellent French.
And then there's breakfast, which is so so good, with homemade yoghurt, homemade jam, crepes, tasty fruits, ...
We liked it so much, we booked it already for when we come back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Fantastic
Pros:

Far from the noise close enough to town. Walkable with lots of local eats.

Cons:

Climb 4 flight of stairs and the foot bath basin was broken. Not a deal breaker.

Excellent séjour chez Mimosa Local
Pros:

Le confort, la lessive offerte, la gentillesse et la qualité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner y est particulièrement agréable.

Cons:

La qualité de la wifi oscille parfois et la température de la douche peut être difficile a manier.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Amazing stay! Very easy check in process, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but scrumptious. Flue ( hope I have the name right ) was an amazing host and hospitable lady. The feet soak was an amazing touch! Thanks for the stay!

Good value, excellent staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Very good breakfast and lovely staff. Big room with small balcony. All in all a great place to stay and will do again.

Good value for money. Friendly. Central.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and it is quite a unique place.

Cons:

The aircon just wasn’t cool enough and one has to wait to get a warm shower …. Though that said because it was so hot in there, a cool shower was okay. Also, a bit noisy at night.

Pros:

La amabilidad de las personas que nos servían el desayuno, te da la opción de elegir entre 3 opciones para hacerlo al momento y también para hacer crepes. La ubicación es céntrica y tranquila. Teníamos la opción de lavar gratis la ropa y la última noche nos pusieron un barreño con hierbas para los pies(típico de allí)

Cons:

El hotel está en un callejón y no olía muy bien debido al agua estancada y la alcachofa de la ducha de nuestra habitaciónno funcionada.Por lo demás, todo muy bien!
