Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hatte Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Die Pool's waren schön nicht zu überlaufen.

Cons:

Bei dem Spa muss man zeitnah Termine buchen, immer viel los.
Das die Zimmerreinigung teilweise erst am Nachmittag kam, da ist man von seinem Ausflug zurück, will seine Ruhe dann kommt erst die Reinigung.

Nice but nothing more, wouldn’t return.

Very nice views and nice compound, friendly reception, good views.

Cons:

First of all there was no help with suitcases, so we were carrying the suitcases all around the broken paths uphill which wasn’t the best start. Then our room was located next to a room under heavy construction so we immediately asked to move. The staff allowed it but I think it was oversight to put us there in the first place. Lastly, we found the breakfast very plain and underwhelming. Every day is exactly the same, basic stuff. We had far better meals in other locations.
