I expected a more grander lobby area and not one person in back of a glass enclosure with a mask.
Hotel location excellent, very clean, friendly staff.
Bathroom very tiny, the door was mostly in the way. Only room for 1 person. Could do with modernising.
Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite in der 15. Etage. Mit schönerAussicht und völlig ruhig.
Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage in Nähe einer UBahn Station war gut für Unternehmungen in der Stadt.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber sehr auf asiatischen Geschmack ausgerichtet. Ein Angebot an Wurst und Käse wäre für den deutschen Geschmack optimal gewesen.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
The view from the room (11th floor) was wonderful, and the soundproofing excellent: despite some construction work being done outside, you could barely hear anything in the room.
The location is strategic: the subway station, restaurants, and several convenience stores are just steps away. I didn't use the gym or breakfast, so I can't comment on those, but otherwise, the stay was perfect.
You can also leave your luggage before check in and after check out; if you plan to visit another city for a few days and return to this hotel, you can leave your main luggage here securely. It saves you from dragging heavy bags on short trips. I highly recommend it!

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at around the world! It was also my birthday trip, so I was already excited, but the experience made it even more special. 🎂✨
The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always helpful, kind, and happy to assist with anything I needed or guide me whenever I had questions.
The housekeeping team was also amazing.
They were so friendly, and even with my little Korean, we managed to communicate and share smiles. Because I had really bad jet lag, I ended up spending my first two days mostly in the hotel. They kindly brought extra bottles of water and fresh towels, which they left outside my door. The towels were always packed in very clean bags such a thoughtful detail. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of care and service. Truly impressive!
The breakfast was amazing, with both Western and Korean options. Personally, I chose the Korean breakfast because I wanted to experience as much of Korea as possible. 😋
The location is perfect, right in Gangnam, and I had the most amazing view of Namsan Seoul Tower. Seeing that view every day reminded me that I was actually in Seoul — such a special feeling.
I originally booked for 4 nights, but because of my jet lag and how much I enjoyed my stay, I extended it to a whole week! 😂
A huge thank you again to all the staff for making my birthday trip unforgettable. I truly appreciate everyone’s kindness and hospitality.
