Pros:

Loved this place. The staff was super friendly and the facilities and location were top notch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room isn't huge but it's really nice and the bed is comfy.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent. Lots of eateries & shops close by. The bed was very comfortable & the staff was excellent. Staff were happy to have a chat & were very friendly. Gym facilities was great. Rooms were clean & warm, and it was quiet despite being on a busy street.

Cons:

There wasn't laundry facilities but staff were able to tell us where to go for coin laundrette, which was only a 5 min walk away. The hotel can do laundry for us but we prefer doing our own laundry.

It was very worth the discounted price. However at full value I don't know if I'd be as happy.
Pros:

Staff had excellent service. Room was perfectly adequate for solo traveler. Nothing felt dirty or uncomfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit older and close inspection you can see the wear and tear on the building and the rooms. The bathroom is much smaller than Americans will be used to.

15年前までは、年に４０日くらい宿泊していたホテルですが、多くの設備がそのままで、ただ古くなったという印象。
Cons:

多くの朝食用料理が冷めていた。
ケースに入っているミカンに腐ったものもあった。

コスパ高く立地が良いホテル
Pros:

部屋は古い感じではありましたがそれなりに広くバスタブもついていて価格に対して全体的に良かったです。空港行きのバス停も近かったです（ただし坂道なので荷物が多い＆重いと移動が少し大変です）。
スタッフの方の一部は日本語が話せるので便利でしたし対応も良かったです。ベッドも枕も気持ちよくとても快適でした。

Cons:

全体的に作りが古い感じがしましたが特に問題はありません。
