Hotel with good location and staff; but basic in-room facilities and restaurant services deficient
Pros:

Hotel was located in a convenient place very near to bus and subway stations

Cons:

1. The hotel did not even provide dental kits or even proper tea stuff; no milk creamer or tea bags, not even a toothpaste even on request. Later we saw that it was due to some official policy; but if so, this should be highlighted boldly on the website at the time of booking, so that the guest prepares accordingly.

2. For the price, rooms were pretty small with very limited movement space beyond two beds.

3. Breakfast menu was overall decent, but was exactly the same every day over our five day stay.

4. The hotel restaurant was unreliable-one day we wished to eat at the restaurant but were told that the restaurant was closed due to being booked for some personal social event. Consequently, we had to go out of hotel for dinner. I have never seen a hotel that does not provide dinner to it's own guests because of another event. And naturally, there was no facility of any room service or in-room dining at any time.

CONVENIENT – COMFORTABLE AND FUNNY
Pros:

We did not use the breakfast service at the Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel, as there are many breakfast spots and convenience stores—such as CU, 7-Eleven, and GS25—in the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located near the COEX Convention Center (where we attended the WCLC 2026 conference). It also offers easy access to and from Incheon Airport, being close to Airport Limousine Bus Stops (routes 6703 and 6009).

Standard hotel room amenities—such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, tea, sugar, or a comb—are not provided; an additional fee applies if they are required.

Rooms and toilet is good. Dining Hall is good and spacious. Breakfast is good. 75% korean food. 25% continantal

Cons:

highly understaffed. No room service for housekeeping items. even for tea bags, sugar, one has to go down to reception. Reception is also managed by single staff.

Отель явно старый и невзрачный снаружи. Но внутри номера все хорошо. Есть нюансы, но отдых в отеле вполне неплохой. Вид из окна и местоположение просто топ.

The hotel is obviously old and nondescript from the outside. But everything is fine inside the room. There are nuances, but the rest in the hotel is quite good. The view from the window and the location are just top.

1. Местоположение (до Гангнам 5 минут, напротив хороший Старбакс для работы и утреннего кофе. В районе часа куча достопримечательностей и торговых центров). Рядом улица с едой.
2. Хорошее обслуживание

4. Тихо и спокойно
5. Вид из окна выше пятого этажа - супер
6. Напротив остановка в аэропорт, старбакс.

Positive:
1. Location (Gangnam is 5 minutes away, opposite is a good Starbucks for work and morning coffee. There are a lot of attractions and shopping malls in the area of the hour). There is a street with food nearby.

A good stay for our last few nights in Seoul.
Pros:
