Pros:

All the staff were very sympathetic and helpful, they gave us a free upgrade since there was availability, room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was good in terms of quantity but could be better in terms of quality.

Stay at the Hyatt instead!
Pros:

Wish I would have stayed at Hyatt down the road. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff was nothing special, the room was nice in size but the bed sheets had hair from probably the previous guests. The shower head was gross with mildew and the bathroom vent had dust all around it. The absolute worst part was the windows had condensation so bad, that if you turned up the heat, the room would get humid. We checked in late and had to accept the condition of the room. Terrible experience feeling wet when your sleeping. Also, NO PHONE to call down to reception. If you need anything, you must go down to the lobby. What an inconvenience. Terrible experience feeling wet when your sleeping. There is no excuse for the bad experience. Management need not respond.
