Geen idee, had gecanceld
It is a very nice hotel, I like the rooms, breakfast and staff. I feel very comfortable every time. It is very clean and it has parking.
Vienna House Easy by Wyndham is perfectly located near Otopeni airport. It’s a 10-15 min walk. Great option indeed in case of a long transit.
Check-in was fast, receptionists were polite, room was clean and in a very good condition.
I didn’t use breakfast at the hotel and sadly there are not that many food shops in the area. There is Auchan supermarket but that requires around 30 min walk along the highway (no pavement) with a busy traffic.
My general impression after the stay was positive and I don’t mind staying at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham in the future.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful， facilities and food great, room lovely. Perfect location for the airport too. I'm actually thinking of cancelling my original airport hotel on the way back from holiday and booking this one again.

Aamiainen oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Ei pahaa sanottavaa. Kaikki toimi niin kuin pitikin.
Habitaciones muy cómodas. Al estar cerca del aeropuerto es importante tener transfer gratuito y no tener que llamar a un uber.
De todas formas es un hotel com precios europeos, muy caro si viajas sola.
Close to the airport, free shuttle
The reception staff forgot to wake me up, even though they put me on a list for a wake-up call. Luckily I had my cell phone set to wake me up. It was a 3 am call I needed, so not a "regular" time for me to wake up. They apologized though :)
The shuttle bus service from and to the airport. We’re given 2 x 1.5L bottle of waters while checking in and will need to buy afterwards.
I am very disappointed by the attitude, responses of 3 staff at the desk, displeasing look, response to your request, make us feel we’re asking too much. We’re treated differently due to our colour. Room unclean especially the bath/shower/toilet and have to thoroughly clean it ourselves and dust. Asking for essentials at your hotel such as replenishing supply in the room and requesting cleaning is a crime. Bedding was not change once despite staying there for 3 nights and request twice before bin was emptied and having new towels, no apology. Went to the desk to cancel last day breakfast but it was declined, this was something they could have adjusted, breakfast cold and have to asked staff to warm it up and second day found human hair on our fresh tomato.
