The location is excellent, with easy access to South Bank and convenient transport links into the city. The facilities, including the pool, are well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful treats left for us to help celebrate the birthday during our stay, which added a special touch to the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
Overall, we had an enjoyable experience, and we’d like to note that none of these points detracted from our comfort or stay. That said, we felt the rooms could benefit from a little extra care and attention. There was a full-length tear in the curtains, and the walls had several noticeable scuff marks. Additionally, it would be great if the lounges could be vacuumed more thoroughly, particularly down the sides.
The location was great as we wanted to access south bank and get to the city easily. The room was big enough for two of us.
The parking for check in was terrible there is no where to park that wasn’t paid for or a loading zone. All parking is paid in the area and it was expensive and no parking on site without paying for it. Our room had mould on the wall in the main room. The room needs another chair one of us had to sit on the bed due to only one chair in the room.

Didnt have time for breakfast.The room is a little tired and I imagine the hotel is overall as well but nothing that cant be fixed with a makeover.

Amazing location, exceptional staff, our personal who checked us in and out took care of everything and was so polite, friendly and helpful.
The only criticism was the shower head wouldn't stay in its holder kept falling down.
