Very close to QPAC and dining options!
We were on the second floor and there was an unpleasant odour! The curtains in our room needed cleaning!
The staff were brilliant, the room was wonderful . Thank you to the staff for making our stay amazing from the start when we booked till the time we checked out. Mantra is the best!

I was completely happy
It was super expensive for one mid week night in what I would class as a 4 star hotel. 30% above what I would pay in Europe! $559. However I needed a room near the conference hotel that was full.
Location was fantastic and staff were great, including valet car parking
Cleanliness was unacceptable (room & bathroom ) and the room fit out sparse (not at all like pictures online)

Dishwasher did not work and couldn’t be repaired while we were there .
Washing Machine and dryer were disgusting. Dirty and dusty- look like they had not been cleaned for months.
Windows were filthy - not good when you pay extra for a city view.
Shower leaked all over bathroom floor and no floor waste to take the water away. Had to use bath towels to dry floor as it was wet and slippery.
Cooktop was ancient and didn’t heat evenly.
Kitchen benches greasy around the joins and floor was sticky. Especially after the cleaner mopped it with a filthy mop.
We had to wear shoes in the room as the floors including carpet were not clean.
Balcony dusty and dirty not inviting to sit outside.
The whole place needs a good clean. Hallway had builder dust all over it for 3 days we were there. Everything thing looks grubby.
Staff
The reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful. I think it is because they are made to wear the ugliest uniforms Ive ever seen. They don’t look professional and this appears to result in them not acting professionally towards customers.
We have stayed in this accommodation before and it was good. That’s why we came back. We will never come back again.
I think we deserve a refund the cost was high and the product was below par.

There were stains on the couch which I didn’t like and the carpet was worn going into the bathroom so needs a bit of up dating otherwise all good
