Bath room old, tired, & dated. Water pressure very poor, Hot water pathetic. Shower not working properly.

Room very no frills budget looking. Bed uncomfortable, parking is a joke have to park in convention centre and walk luggage back to hotel.
On the plus side, I’d highlight the convenient location. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We really enjoyed having a pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was served quickly, and there was a decent variety to choose from on the menu. The room was cleaned daily, so no complaints there. Parking costs $50... I don’t know... it was our first time having to pay for parking, but overall, I’m satisfied. The staff valeted the car quickly, and getting it back whenever we needed it was just as fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, I rated the hotel a 9 out of 10. I took one point off because there was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign in the room, and there was no toilet brush, which was pretty strange. All in all, we liked the hotel. The shower had hair in it and there was dust and rubbish in the corners of the bathroom
The staff were really helpful and it's just a walking distance to the park and close by to the train station and bus station.
It was River Fire weekend and the location was excellent for that. Lots of food and drink choices in the area.

No drinking water in the bottle provided actually there was a bit left in the bottle from previous guests. Bottle didn’t look clean.
No milk provided in the fridge so no tea in the morning.
Having to pay to park our car
