Except for housekeeping glitches our stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

Staff were helpful, welcoming and professional. Architecture and decor were pleasing. Public spaces were very clean. A nice touch was having freshly popped popcorn in the lobby. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best in this price range. Good range of breakfast choices, both hot and cold, fruit etc. Room was a good size and adequately furnished. Hotel is in a very convenient location.

Cons:

When we signed in we weren’t told that we had to request housekeeping services. When our room wasn’t cleaned the next day we called reception and that’s when they informed us. They did send housekeeping up right away. The persons who did the cleaning asked what time should they come back the next day and we told them. They didn’t come back at all that day and we again had to call reception. They did do an excellent job when they did clean.

A visit to the arch and a comfortable stay in Chesterfield after a day of sightseeing
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds and spacious suite. The "evening snack" was a pleasant surprise and was a full on meal , we didn't even have to go out to dinner. The breakfast was amazing as well. I wish we had more nights to spend time at the pool. It was a great experience overall. Having the soap and shampoo dispenser was awesome because I forgot that toiletry.

Pros:

I hate to give a fantastic review because I want to keep it for myself!! This is a gem of a hotel. ALL of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The evening food isn't gourmet, but it's kid friendly and enough of a snack to be able to just relax and not have to leave the hotel or order pizza. The staff really impressed us every time we've stayed at this hotel and are a main reason we return again and again...even if not the closest to our activities. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, roomy & quiet.
