Very clean.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, and the perks were amazing! We liked the indoor/outdoor pool option; the hotel was clean and pet friendly.
The rooms were slightly dated and had an odd smell. It was not gross, but it had a different smell to it; maybe it's the cleaning supplies they use?
Convenient location.
We only had one cup for coffee in our room. So we shared. It was just a minor inconvenience. If I had noticed the night before I would gone to the front desk and asked for one. I'm embarrassed even mentioning it. It was a wonderful stay. We will be back. Thank you!
The good - the rooms are super quiet. That to me is the biggest win for this hotel. It is quiet. We all know nothing worse than hearing other people in a hotel- especially voices. One of our rooms faced traffic so you did have some road noise.
The hotel is dated. Rooms | furnishings | bathrooms are very old - but seem to have had a carpet refresh. The rooms we initially got smelled of weed. So we got other rooms. But I do think hotels do have extra challenges with week and smokers (including car rental companies).
Housekeeping never came during our stay.
A/c never could get below 70/71 so it was on the warmer side. Even when keeping curtains closed all day.
Food was ok- everything kind of tasted like hotel food. But happy to have coffee and the popcorn they do in the afternoon.
We stayed at this hotel in May and for some reason we just had a really mediocre experience this time.
The pool area got over run by a family that ran around doing cannonballs and just jumping into other people. Some people just do not have good hotel manners or don't care - the hotel has a hard time trying to manage that for sure.
The quietness though is the winner - everything else was enough to make me not want to go back.
Very welcomed
We stay here for my husbands job every month. We love the location and the staff is top notch.
We found paper on the floor in our room in several places that look like paper roses, maybe square red papers that were crumbled.
The kick back is amazing. We’re do love it. The options are not that good. We also would like to have a dessert. Just our thoughts. If we say they’re five days, we eat the same thing twice ,if we eat there.
Staff was very accommodating.
