Great room, service and shuttle to apiport
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel so we could leave our cars while on a week to Punta Cana. The rooms were large, the service was excellent and they have an in house restaurant. The leave your car service has a charge, but the shuttle was prompt for our departure and our return. A wonderful experience and a great room.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location plus the shuttle bus to/from the airport is great.
Pros:

When I arrived to check in the receptionist, Madeline, was very warm and friendly as well as professional.
The restaurant staff was accommodating with my takeout order, and the food was very good.
The shuttle service was great to and from Pittsburgh Airport.

Cons:

There was no hot water for the shower in the morning. I told the a.m. receptionist, and she just said that they had a service maintenance person working on it. No apology and she did not look at me when checking me out and seemed preoccupied.

Pros:

Airport shuttle was great as always. The hotel itself is great & we usually never have an issue. The lady that checked us in this time was to busy on her personal phone yelling at someone to remember to put us down for the shuttle in the morning. Luckily there was still spots for us
