Great value, great staff, great amenities
Pros:

Facility was very clean and conveniently located. Loved having a pool that was family/ child friendly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. Loved the kitchenette with a fridge and freezer as well.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows flattened easily, but neither was significant enough to deter me. I also was grateful for the variety of breakfast options offered, but not pleased with the quality of the hot food items. But this too is minor issue. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely book again.

This property is subpar.
Pros:

This property has always been mediocre. This time I stayed they turned off the water without notice from 7am-8am. When I explained this was a poor decision as it is prime bathroom shower time, I was told they were sorry nothing they could do. No offer of any bottled water or any kind of compensation for not being able to use the bathroom facilities I counted on to prepare for my day. The manager, later in the day, emailed me a very unfriendly note and lied about how long the water was out.
I will not be staying at this property again and no one from company will be staying here either.

My preferred Houston hotel.
Pros:

I've stayed here a couple times now. It's being maintained well. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

My only suggestion is don't eat Java Chip ice-cream before going to bed if you want to actually sleep 🤪.

All was good.
