Lage direkt am Strand. Frühstück war gut. Bett war gut.

Pool war am ersten Tag beheizt, dann nicht mehr. War nicht zu benutzen, da das Wasser extrem kalt war. Mehrmals nachgefragt an der Rezeption. Es hieß immer man würde sich kümmern. Keine Rückmeldung, Pool blieb kalt. Das selbe Problem mit der Sauna. Hatte 34 Grad… Es gab viel Schimmel an den Decken zu sehen. Das Badezimmer war groß aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es gab auch immer wieder widersprüchliche Aussagen vom Personal. Getränke in der Pool Bar musste man direkt zahlen. Es war nicht möglich auf das Zimmer zu berechnen. An der Rezeption hieß es das Gegenteil. Buffet gab es abends nicht. Wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel essen gehen.

Muito boa e confortável
Pros:

O café da manhã foi excelente, estrutura para piscina legal com toalhas a região do hotel é segura. E com muita estrutura ao redor.

Cons:

Quando chegamos não tinha a cama extra montada. Não tem entrada de banhistas ou lugar apropriado para se limpar antes de entrar nos quartos então quando você volta acaba sujando o quarto de areia, não tem estrutura de secagem de roupa.

Escolhemos esse hotel para viver dias especiais, mas eles conseguiram tornar tudo ainda mais inesquecível. Com muito carinho, lembraram do aniversário do meu esposo e prepararam uma surpresa linda no quarto, um bolinho especial para comemorar esse momento tão importante 🎂🥹
E como se já não fosse emocionante o suficiente, também fui surpreendida com um mimo pelo Dia das Mães, um gesto simples, mas que aqueceu muito meu coração 💐❤️

Pros:

Já é a sétima ou oitava vez que me hospedo, e sempre é a mesma experiência maravilhosa! Só tenho elogios, principalmente para a equipe que são simpatissíssimos e cordiais. Não é à toa que vamos umas três vezes por ano, não há melhor lugar!

Cons:

Para um hotel deste nível e preço, muito desorganizado. Desorganização na recepção. Funcionários passando responsabilidades entre os setores (Recepção, restaurante, segurança, estacionamento). O hóspede nao é o foco e muitas vezes fica abandonado em meio a Desorganização.

MUY BUEN HOTEL
Pros:

El Hotel es muy confortable, al igual que la habitaciones. Excelente el desayuno, con variedad de productos y bebidas. Frente a la playa y con la pileta en el último piso con vistas espectaculares. Muy recomendable.
