Breakfast :( eggs where not good, like curdled milk?
The sausage dried out, might have been days old?
Bathroom tub backed up and did not drain after first shower.
Listed as pet friendly, told to not allow dog on bed.
On our trip we stayed at 8 different places.
This was a quick overnight we only stopped in to relax, take a swim to stretch my body, shower up, sleep, have breakfast and head back out on the road.
Unfortunately just being honest this was the worst overnight experience. Next door to Subway.
This is obviously a family owned and run hotel, I actually like that.
For the owner: would you consider offering more traditional breakfast that you would eat yourself. It would be a unique and lovely experience for everyone inbolved.
Please remember the things you and your support staff say, to your guest, effect their stay in a positive and negative way.
Discusting staff a bunch of thieved
Easy to locate. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Many amenities. Terrific value for a short stay.

No hot water/coffee to help ourselves like other hotels we have stayed-u need to ask the front desk to open the locked room-breakfast room only opened during breakfast time
Breakfast was pretty good. I was happy to see hot food options like eggs, sausage, potatoes.
I had a hard time communicating with the front desk due to language barriers.

This location was incredibly helpful with working out the problems with the misinformation from Expedia. We truly appreciate the professionalism and understanding we received at the front desk. This was an issue with Expedia and not this location.
Staff was wonderful room was extremely clean and comfortable property was very clean close to restaurants and close to interstate access
Staff were extremely friendly and worked with us when we had issues with our reservation. Rooms were clean, atmosphere was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty much perfect for our road trip with a cat. Location is good, just off 70. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Perfectly clean room. Plenty of parking, well lit. Good shower and temp control. Quiet even on the pet floor. Breakfast hours are great and offerings were the usual fare, good and plentiful. Really great stay for a great price point for the area.
Nice people. However, we were charged for an ice bucket that was missing. It was handled poorly - they texted and when we replied, no response and it showed up on the bill. We had to context with the bank. Ridiculous how it was handled
