Extremely disappointed. The rating and description by booking.com very misleading.
Pros:

Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast ok

Cons:

For a 5 star rated accommodation at à premium price of over $620 for one night extremely poor.
I would rate it at 3 star max.
Bathroom in need of repair. The shower not clean. The bed mattress sides have collapsed and needs replacing.
The bedside lamps with loose mounts for the globes.

Had a lovely time and would definitely go back. Restaurant was a little disappointing but overall would recommend.
Pros:

Spacious accommodation. Very clean. Location to Cable Beach. Lovely pools and resort, friendly staff.

Cons:

Pools were very cold for small children. Restaurant and bar facilities limited opening and service was intermittent.

Room. Limited kitchen crockery andh equipment, bare and not comfy. Dryer broke down the evening before we booked out. Had to take damp washing in suitcase.

The accommodation and staff were lovely

Cons:

The restaurant food was terrible. We order a barramundi and it was so hard and tuff I couldn’t believe how bad it was. The so called truffle mayo had no taste of truffle at all. My husband ordered a burger and it was very average

Pros:

I like the pool and the proximity to beach/ spinifex hotel. Quite kid friendly location.

Cons:

The cleanliness was disappointing, lots of insect faeces on the patio, the outdoor furniture was also very worn and dusty.

The towels were also disappointing. Very small, both pool & room towels and not absorbent. My daughter slipped so many times in the bathroom.

Cleaners came through to make the beds but didn’t vacuum the floors which was unavailable mess from sand & pindan etc.

Convenient and clean but over priced for studio room.
Pros:

Convenient and clean. Great amenities, pool was large and lovely.

Cons:

Disliked the studio room. It had an internal door that was connected to the adjoining 2 bedroom apartment. Noise travelled freely through.
Patio overlooked the car parking.

Large pools and bus stop choice of accommodation

Cons:

Bar closed 2-5 . You’ve just checked in and want to relax by the pool and it’s closed . Dumb !

Great Location
Pros:

Great location and facilities including pool areas… Studio room was clean, small and well equipped however overlooking the carpark and very noisy with internal door connecting to adjoining rooms. Upside beds were very comfortable.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful pools and gardens. Staff were lovely at reception. Cleaning staff were happy and very efficient. Very relaxing, quite hotel, easy walk to the Spini and Cable Beach. Great parking and the room has everything you need for a self contained apartment. Highly recommend

Great stay at a lovely resort
Pros:

We loved the resort and our room was great. Comfy bed and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with the bus stop across the road and a nice walk to Cable Beach. Plenty of coffee and food options within walking distance. The pool looked magnificent but too cold for a swim this trip

Cons:

The breakfast was nice enough but we found options we preferred more for Day 2 and 3.
