Location and rooms are fine. Free breakfast is what you pay for: minimal selections, poor service.
Pros:

They have cruise shuttle to port.

Cons:

Breakfast staff stood around while food trays were empty, no plates, juice dispenser was empty, no napkins, utensils. One of two waffle makers was broken. Had to tell them each time. No proactive work done to assure breakfast had proper supplies. However there are plenty of tip envelopes on the tables. This is over two days that I was here.

Needs a remodel
Pros:

Location to the ports.

Cons:

The property is expensive and dated. The shower ran all night long hitting the metal panel,making a horrible noise. I had to fix the toilet because the handle broke off the chain.
We got in late and didn’t want to have anyone look at the issues,just wanted to sleep.

Good location for cruise goers.
Pros:

Location if you take cruise. Rooms are big and comfortable, with full kitchen. Separate bedroom and living room. Good towels. Good bedding.

Cons:

No door between closet/bathroom and the bedroom. No night lights. Beds are OK. No hand cream in the room.

Pros:

Liked that it was close to the port for my cruise.

Cons:

It took later than check in time to get into the room, about an hour and a half, they said they were cleaning it. When I got to the room there was a pill on one of the chairs. So clearly it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Pros:

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and was honestly more than we were expecting. The pool was gorgeous and we had a great time sitting outside. Breakfast in the morning was also great. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly too!
