Not good.
Pros:

It started ok then got bad. The room and sleep sofa bed which we needed was not clean at all they had to bring us a rollaway bed then there was a fire so we had to stand outside for hours, and my body is covered, and my grandchild‘s body is covered with mosquito bites and they did nothing for us because of all of these inconveniences.

The ability to leave our car and take a shuttle was great.

The fan in our bathroom did not work. The older lady at the front was rude. the younger ladies were very nice.

Cons:

My toilet did not work for most of the time that my family and I were there. A handyman was sent to fix it but that took a lot of our time and we couldn't use the bathroom for a long time which extended my kids bedtime because they needed to shower but couldn't access the bathroom because we were waiting for the handyman to get the right part to fix the toilet and when he finally came, that took a long time as well. And after that, the toilet continued to clog and it just became an inconvenience so we used the pool bathroom at times when we couldn't flush the toilet. Our key card was also deactivated at 1100am even though booking. Com and the lady at the front desk when we first arrived told us it was 12:00. We were left outside having to go around the building to get back to the front desk and activate it again.
