Place was nice
Rooms were dirty and had mold in them
Improve: Ducts in the room needed cleaning. Maintenance man with no uniform or identification randomly shows up to our room asking if we needed a tub fixed. We did not. Need better disposal of breakfast dishes.
Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond.
I love the kitchen in the room. Not a huge fan of the bed, it was too soft.
The entire staff at this hotel are so friendly that they make you feel like you’re old friends. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the last year.
It could’ve cost less
I “loved “ the stay! Everyone was great and welcoming from the time we arrived to the time we left. Thank all of the members at the hotel.
Total disappointment! When we walked into the room, both sets of curtains were torn, we found a hug centipede and spider! The chairs were ripped, appliances were dirty, and we wouldn’t sit on the couch as it was disgusting. The hotel associate barely spoke to us and was watching a loud tv. While the hotel offered free breakfast, we would not eat it given the lack of cleanliness. We expected so much more from Marriott given the good reviews on Expedia and were completely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Usually the there is never any problems at all but this time one of the rooms had fleas bad. They did change our room immediately so that was greatly appreciated. Otherwise as usual the stay was great.

Location close to Dow Center after concert. Good breakfast but I don't eat breakfast.
We booked for use of hot tub. They didn't have a hot tub anymore. Said they got rid of it one year ago. False advertising.
Did not want a first floor
Location. Bedroom next to noisy hallway staircase.
